    G&F actions today "disenfranchised" many

My bonus points are wrong on my portal. I have the same amount as before the draw. Sometimes it takes a few days to get those updates but the date on the bonus point screen says it was updated today.
  2. Maybe they could call the entire amount the application fee and charge it all up front and if you're drawn the application fee goes towards the cost of the tag.

    Increasing draw length...

Changing your dloop length or release will not change your draw length, only changes your anchor point. You can untwist the string and/or add twists to the cables to increase draw length. Adjusting the string will have a larger effect on draw length per twist..... adjusting the cables will have a larger effect on the draw weight but will move draw length slightly. Removing the grip like stated above works too if that's an option on your bow.

    Carter Releases

Other than my hinge releases all I use are Carters. I've had a Target 4, Insatiable 3, Like Mike, Target 3, BK Hunter, and I'm shopping around for either a Wise Choice or Nock 2 It for hunting. Once you have used a Carter or Stan you will hate anything Scott, Truball, Trufire, or basically anything else. It's like the difference between a Timney rifle trigger and a horrible factory trigger. Of course, this depends on how you shoot it. If you are truly setting the release off with your back muscles then you will really feel the difference between a good release and bad. I bought a Tru Ball Pro Max 4 a few years ago when they came out, sold it after 1 shot.

    Sneak boots on a budget

Those will probably work as good as any store bought ones. I've thought about getting some cheap house shoes from Wal-Mart and gluing carpet to the bottom.

    STICK BOW

Another option would be getting a less expensive ILF riser so you can change limbs. Hoyt Excel riser and limbs are popular or anything Trad Tech. Get a 30-35 lbs. set of limbs to start and move up. With limbs that low in weight you can get some cheap aluminum arrows to shoot also.

    Long range archers

Move your sight to the left to hit dead on at 100, you will probably still hit dead on at the shorter ranges. You can always move it back if it doesn't work.

    Short Bed Camper Shell

I have a 2 year old ARE camper shell for sale. I'm in Safford but can meet halfway for a serious buyer in Tucson or Phoenix. Paid $1200 new, Asking $600. These are hard to find in this size that's why I bough new, sold the truck it was on. I had this on a 2011 GMC 1500 Quad Cab, the really short bed. Won't fit 2500/3500 short beds or 1500 with a king cab. I have mounting hardware that requires drilling 4 small holes in the bed rails. It could be clamped down too if you don't want to drill holes. I don't have clamps.

    New Sting and Sites

I could type a lot for making sight tapes so I'll try to cut this short. I like my pins centered in the sight housing. So, you will sight in your middle pin with the slider at the highest point. Slide your sight up and lock it in. If you have 5 pins and want 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 yard pins then put your 40 yard pin in the middle of the housing. You will adjust the entire housing to sight in this pin. Next, you will sight in your 50-60, or last 2 pins by moving the individual pins around. I usually do the top pins last after I've made a sight tape but you can do this at any point. Now you should have all pins sighted in with the slider at the top as high as it will go, this will maximize the distance you can achieve out of your bottom pin. Next, download the TAPs program. TAP stands for The Archery Program. You do not need the full program, just the sight tape program, it's $15. When I get home I'll post the labels I use but you can also just use plain paper and tape the sight on. Packing tape works but I ordered some clear arrow wraps from Onestringer because they are thicker. I also put a bead of glue around the tape once finished to keep water out. Print out the sight in tape and attach one to your sight. Line your needle up to one of the lines on the sight tape with your slider locked in at the highest point. Now, move back slowly as you adjust the sight down with the slider to your max distance. I use a 3 pin slider with 30-40-50 yard pins so I sight in at 50 and 90 to make my sight tape. You will use the marks from the sight in tape to input to the TAPs program. This is very accurate as long as you are very accurate. You should be able to notice a POI change with each tic mark on the sight in tape at 90+ yards. I like to check my 50 and 90 yard marks at least 3 different trips to the range before I print a tape to confirm I've got it right. Let me know if you have any questions or if that even made and sense.
