IMO The antelope herds are the poorest managed herds in the state, slightly behind mule deer. Compound that with habitat loss and lack of access to state lands. We might as well get to hunt them as much as possible while we can.

Whether or not you have the constitutional right to be married. That is the rock bottom idea of what is being heard by the supreme court. IMO you do not, therefore this becomes a state authority under the 10th amendment and California's law banning same sex marriages is valid. And if Arizona should pass a law allowing same sex marriage then there you go. Now you and your hunting buddy can get hitched and save all that money on your taxes All that being said Im against same sex marriage but would agree with civil union legislation for same sex couples. I just think that there has to be some standards for us to follow and don't agree with changing definitions just to appease certain groups. If that is the case then plural marriages should also be allowed. I have always kinda thought that the gay community was being used as a pawn on this issue by a group with a much broader agenda. At this point in time its seems to be the "wag-the-dog" crowd in the Whitehouse are the ones using them.
