Well, I got the " are you out of your mind" reply, even after getting my daughter to help gang up on the wife. I passed it on to a friend who was over at Thanksgiving, and mentioned he wanted another lab after playing with my two pooches. Hopefully he will get with you and take one. I am sure you will have no problem finding them good homes.

Also, how big are parents, mother known, father an average? Sent link to the wife, waiting for either the"aaawwww I want one", or the " are you out of your mind?" We have two, youngest just turned two years so finally mellowing out, ... yea, right!

I sent you a text, I'll take one if they are the current style rather than the older screw on ones.... I already have one too many of those.

I need to make some room in the gun safe! I have a Benelli Montefeltro, 12 gauge , in very good shape. Comes with four choke tubes, IC, Mod, and Full and Coyote choke tube, handles 3" mags. $800 obo Remington 1187, 12 gauge 3" mag, synthetic, with matt finish. 3 Choke tubes Also in very good shape. $525 obo Both guns have had minimal rounds through them, 1187 has had less than 5 boxes, the Benelli probably close to the same. I hope the photo attaches, if not email me and I can send a photo and phone number.

Big Tub, I am computer illiterate, I was lucky to get one picture to post. The gun is in great shape, has one small scratch on the stock, the bluing is perfect. This gun has beautiful wood grain. You need to hold it in your hands, not look at pictures!

Me and my hunting buddy grabbed a couple of these as well. His daughter has the jr hunt the week before, and I know he will try to camp in the jr deer camp if they have it, but he has a couple of guys who have hunted it recently that are supposed to run out with him to scout. He lives in Tucson, ( I used to ) so he gets to do the scouting for us this year, I havent hunted the unit in over 25 years, and I have no idea where we will camp, but your welcome to camp with us if you dont mind a couple of chain saw running at night. We hunted 36 c on leftovers 2 years ago, and we had no issues, but better safe than sorry. P.M. me if you want, I work just down the road from you in SCW.

I am sorry that some of you feel it is not safe to travel down to Rocky Point, I have grown up going down there , and 43 years later enjoy the time there with my family and daughter, and own two homes there. The Mexican people are very good folks, and value the Gringo tourism. Unfortunatley, our local media paints such a biased hype, that many people drink the koolaid they serve, and believe the tales they read. As 123456 stated, I feel safer in Cholla Bay, than Phoenix, There are no drive bys, armed robbery, or muggings. Life slows down south of the border, the fishing is good, the ocean is beautiful, I am there about every other week, and have never had a problem, nor know anyone who has. If you remember, it is their country, and respect their laws which dont differ much from ours, you will have no problems, and will have a great time.

whats the best unit to get a big desert ram in?
NOTAGS replied to jeremiah lindsey's topic in Bighorn Sheep Hunting
I would hope that if your goal is 125" or bigger, you ar bow hunting. A 125 " ram is an immature animal, with a lot of potential to get bigger. As someone posted earlier, if your gun hunting, 150" should be a minimum goal, or larger, depending on the unit. THe WM for the unit I drew with 15 bonus points 5 years ago, had informed me that if I found a 155 ram in it, I better take it. As it was, I killed a ram that went right at 161, For someone new to sheep, the AZ Desert Sheeps Societies orientation for tag holders is a great investmenf or your time. They will help you learnt he difference between a class 3 and class4 ram, field judging etc. Be aware, sheep hunting is horribly addictive, I keep waiting for someone I know to draw so I can go again! Good luck on your app.s! -
