AZGF is law enforcement, and they conduct the OUI for boaters. Never really heard of a sobriety test in the field for an archer or a gun hunter that wasn’t driving, but…. You could probably sober up waiting for a breathalyzer to show up, since seeing a WF in the field so far and few between. Usually sheriffs or DPS unless you’re on a common waterway.

Thanks for sharing the hunt! Hunting and fishing was always the carrot my dad held in front of me to keep me studying and keeping my grades up. Staying home while he left sucked. Nice to hear Rooster wanted to go hunting badly enough to focus on his studies. Congratulations on hopefully recruiting a new hunter and helping a young man realize effort pays off.
