  1. I have had my wild game out for 2 1/2 months and over 600 pics and the batteries are still full. not the best but not the worst... the Ir2 or something like that... 78$.. also have a couple moultries.. not the quickest trigger speed but they get better with every new model.. I want to try the new panoramic model they have out. I like the moultries for the price!

Wow! That sounds like some good battery life! The moultries are sounding pretty good as well!

  2. Wild view trail cams can be bought on eBay for $35... This way I can get a bunch out there, and not worry about getting them stolen. Coverts are nice nice too, but it will make you cry when you find it stolen. But with the price of gas now, I am leaning towards the Buckeye system. Very reliable, works on Verizon, and sends me pics within minutes of the activation. The batteries last form 7-8 months... So all I do now is sit back and watch the show. Cheaper in the long run, when you figure in batteries, gas, and my time...

Do you put lock boxes on all of them? Do these things get stolen pretty regularly?

  3. I am new to trail cameras, but am very interested in acquiring some in the future. What are some good makes and models to look into? Not looking for anything crazy expensive. Also, not looking for the cheapest thing out there. Just some solid and reliable trail cams.

  4. Hey, everyone! First time posting. Seems like a pretty awesome forum here! Really looking forward to the upcoming aug/sept hunt this year. It will be my first time hunting coues with a bow. I am looking to hunt in 6a. I will be looking for bear also. Any tips for this unit? I sort of have an idea of where to start looking for bear, but not coues. Gonna look around fsr 700 and around the stoneman lake area for bear.
