Let's start a new thread instead of shitting on Ada's fundraiser.

FML, too much beer and Filiberto's burrito's lately. Back to 181 lbs today. I think 170 is too much work for what I am willing to put in right now. I think the heat over the last couple weeks has ruined my cardio drive. It's been tough to even want to hit the gym as much as I usually do. After working outside all day, the last thing I want to do is go sweat more after work. I got a vacation coming up over the fourth, after that, I am gonna hit it hard.

He's fine. He got sand in his VJ and quit posting on here. It all stemmed from him being wrong on his superbowl pick and Trophyhunter being right. Tony still posts plenty on Rokslide.com.

Yup, It is the worst time I can remember to try and get a deal on anything construction related. Side jobs are all but non-existent. -

Yup, hard to blame cattlemen or ranchers for much of anything. The lack of respect for someone's land is disgusting. I've helped farmers burn brush just so I could get access to hunt their land. Those days are all but gone. Like with trailcams, bad apples cause everyone to lose freedoms. -

hahahaha. Typical nowadays. Something happens that you do not like, so you sue someone or an agency. I hope AZGFD wipes the floor with them. Guess I will "stay tuned" a little longer. The edited commission meeting video was almost comical. Always shocking when the minority find out that they are in fact the minority and not the majority like they think they are. -

Gonna be my last year using cameras. One last hoorah to help out a buddies son on a semi-trophy early rifle elk hunt. With how dry it is this year, the cameras will make locating some better quality bulls much easier. I will not skirt the laws intention after January 1, just seems dirty to me, but to each their own. -
Decent price, It's nice to see that the price is starting to decline a little. I notice you sell a bunch of ammo at pretty reasonable prices, do you just buy it when you see it and quick flip helping guys out? Or are you actively seeking the ammo out to flip. Nothing negative intended, just curious because your prices are pretty reasonable in this day and age. Good luck with the sale

I wonder how anyone killed animals 15 years ago without cameras.

Sounds like a hundy!! Hahaha

This will test a hunters moral ethics. The ones with little to none will continue to use them until they get caught, the vast majority will follow the new rules. Anyone else think that the guides will help ensure other guides will follow the rules? In most units, each guide that hunts a particular area, knows which cameras belong to other guides. Until AZGD gets the land agencies 100% on board, this could be a small sh## show. I see that happening in the near future after guys continue to abuse them. -
Im still staying tuned for Josiah's last minute appeal. Did he cry or not at the meeting?, I have some money riding on it.

Has Josiah or Russ broke down into tears yet?

I think that is exactly why guys hire guides! They simply do not have the time to go scout for themselves. I am all for guides benefitting from this. That is exactly why guys should hire guides. They put the ACTUAL time in the field and get to reap the rewards. In general, the relationship of trophy potential and time in the field should be proportional. No more sitting at home letting your 20 cameras do your scouting. If overall success rates do go down, great! This isn't a participation ribbon type of activity.
-
Difference is, you are actually physically taking the picture, not sitting at home letting your trail camera take the picture...

Apparently you have never been charged with a wildlife violation or know anyone who has.. The process is relentless and like any other litigation, it will drag on.
