I have been fortunate in the draw here in Az. I am 31 and have had 3 archery goat tags. I have a feeling I have used up all my luck in the draw.

Digging the new '16 lineups so far!

Yeah, I think I am jumping ship and switching back to Bowtech. I am waiting to see what they come out with. Those Elite's are tempting!.. -
I sold a pair of these on Ebay a few months ago for 90$ I think. I could not believe I could not garner any interest on this site or Rokslide. They are great pants. Free bump

Hmm, I have taken 3 goats here in Az, and all 3 tasted spectacular. My favorite meat by far. On the first 1 I had killed, everyone told me it was pretty gamey, so I ground up almost the whole antelope. I then found out that it was the best burger I have ever had, and I was pissed because I ground the whole thing up and kept no steaks. I will not make that mistake again. I think it has very little game taste to it, and also echo the sweet taste. MMmmm makes my lips water thinking about antelope parmesean. Try it with the backstraps, being careful not to overcook in the oil. Unreal.

So you are not going to buy their bino's ever again because their adapter is junk, and they would not warranty it? Not a good decision, and I would have taken them up on their 50$ offer as well. I had that El adapter too, and it was a major POS. This does not mean that the whole optic is. Unlike companies where all their products are made in China/ Japan/ or Vietnam, they can not warranty an adapter that is years old.

There is no guarantee that 5% of random tags go to Non-Res, same as now, no guarantee that 10% goes to Non-Res. This would simply give a non-res a "chance" at a unit 9 archery bull tag without max points. The way I understand it is, no change will be made to the draw except changing 10% to 5% in bonus and 5% in random. Both still being a cap and not guaranteed and the draw not separating Non-Res and Residents. If anyone knows something different, post it. I see it was maybe by giving them a chance, more will apply, which will, in turn, create more Non Res hunting licenses being sold. It is really a win for everyone involved except the High bonus point Non-Residents. I wonder how the guide services feel about this. Possibility of less out of state clients, but maybe more in state.

Nice looking bull.

Great looking buck, Did someone hit him in his turkey foot with an arrow, or is it glare?

Because they are the most comfortable and very lightweight. I have not been bit yet to test them, and hope I never am, but they seem pretty tough.

Remington model 710's had chamber problems where this issue could arise. 710 by any chance?
-
Yeah, I was not going to get into why they are doing this, just the effects it "could" have. If you get into why they are changing this rule, it will turn into a shoot slinging fight, both pro Game and Fish, and con game and fish.

I would think that less non res will draw in the random, because it is random, and the 5% will probably not be reached. But you never know, because its random. I like the new structure on paper, but only time will tell.

Do not shame Pete's like that!! They only hire classy women!! -
It is a cap, not a guaranteed 5% and 5%. In most units where high BP Non-res hunters put in, there is almost always more with max points than the cap will allow. This now caps at 5% which in most units is very few tags, and then puts the others in the general draw. So lets say last year there were 20 guys that wanted unit 9 early archery bull. Last year there were 100 tags available. I will just about guarantee that 10 of those went to Non-Res. (10% cap) When this passes, only 5 would be guaranteed to Non-Res, and the additional 5 would have to be drawn randomly. This "could" mean more tags for residents.

Yes!! Awesome. I love seeing all the kids knocking down animals.

Yep, as others said, probably need to full length size or trim the brass. I would imagine it is the sizing tho. Lower your die enough to get good clean chambering with brass only.

I also heard that the nightforce is made by meopta. Great scope, but most of the testers did not see a reason to get the nightforce over the Meopta. Swarovski HD is a great choice or any of the Nikon ED or EDG scopes. Nikon high end spotting scopes will compete with any of the 3 high end companies. ED or HD glass is a must if you are wanting high quality pictures. I know it sounds weird, but go on a birding forum and look at what the higher end photographers are using. Those birders do know their optics. haha

I wish I could help, but I have never been there before. I picked up one of the leftovers for the November hunt, and plan to scout at least once this month. Looks like lots of good area, so long as you are willing to hike up some pretty good sized mountains. Any of you guys that have the earlier hunts, and want to give me an info after your hunt, would be appreciated as well. I can not offer up any nude pics of ex's tho.

need to see non-nude 1st to determine which spot I am going to tell you about.

Ha, calling the wife..... Now I know your fibbing, you were checking the football scores, most expensive suicide pool you have ever been in!!
