congrats on a good run! I went 6 for 6 in 3 units with a total of 14 hrs of hunt time... 2 bow, 2 jr, 1 ham, 1 rifle. What is WGP? I've got a freezer full of meat and with Denmark not doing game, I am looking for a new guy.

I have filled truck beds in June and July when no one is out there or at least vey few. Go where the quads can't! Idiots drive them things everywhere they can, so bulls get pushed into nasty areas again. Turn in the off-roaders when you find em and good luck.

I bought these in 2006 new. Have all paperwork and warranty card. Comes with covers green case and strap. I have sent these in every 2 years for cleaning and to fix any scratches. Lenses are perfect. Find tracks.. Get elevation.... Glass glass glass... If you are chilly with a light jacket on they are also cold. If you stand on one side of a hill with sun on it and you are comfortable then there is a good chance they will be on the same sides of the hills. If is hot out like this coming weekend will be look on the cooler sides of the hills after 10 am or in washes. Lots of food out there right now so they shouldn't be tearing up the pears. Filaree and other surface grasses and weeds are their food choice right now. Be patient with your glassing.. Like Coues deer, if you think you are glassing slow enough, slow down some more. I could go on and on about these little critters ( I love hunting them) but that should get you started.

Toyo AT 2 is what I run on my tundra.love the tire!! I get about 50k with about a 70/30 on road off road ratio. Not a lot of road noise and clean pretty good in mud. They are kind of a hybrid at/mt. I used to be a BFG AT guy but no more.. Definatly worth a look.

It's always the right temp outside for beer drinking.. But pig huntin.... To hot... What happened to colder and wetter? Winter lasted, what, 4 weeks? Back to summer now..

Did anyone else draw a tag on the Carlos? I drew the first jan Coues tag. Should be a good time!

Both will work. My kimber mountain accent in 280 ai loves the 168 bergers. As you know, the 280 doesn't punish like the 7 mm does. I can shoot more which means better shooting which means better accuracy at longer ranges. To me that is what matters most, but everyone is different... dead with a big magnum or dead with a non magnum is still dead... Good luck in the draw and enjoy the hunt.

They called me. I asked them if the draw was done, as I had two buddies that also applied, and they said that it is and that everybody that drew has been notified via phone. My buddies didn't draw.

Perrins, babbitts, and a whole lot more statewide have the door wide open to this kind of stuff. Stay tuned cause once the cash starts flowing everybody will jump on board eventually. Don't blame em either as I'm a capitalist but that doesn't mean I like it.....

Once you start backpacking for Coues deer you will never want to hunt any other way.... Or you will hate it...... Get your gear system down and know what you need to carry vs what you want to bring and it's awesome!!! Good luck..

Cow elk hunts in 6a, 8, 7w,7e, 10, 6b.... All have plenty of elk.... Drive roads till you find em or climb any hill and glass till you see em.
