Will do but if I forget google sea forth sportfishing and look up the outer limits, or any boat you want. You can see the fish count for the last 10 trips or so. #of anglers, fish counts, and duration. They post em pretty fast.

Headed out on the outer limits on Thursday for a 2 day. Fish counts look pretty good but no matter what it's gonna be a good time!

These "discussions" make me laugh! Thanks for the entertainment guys!

What a year to have the tag! Congrats amigo
-
Let me get this straight. I draw a tag that I have been waiting 8 years to draw. I have bought 8 yrs worth of points ($104) for a tag that costs $58. The week before the hunt I get really sick. Now if I was a "member" for those 8 yrs I would have Contributed $200 for the privilege to return my tag to reinstate my points but loose the cost of the tag, just so they could sell the tag again to someone else ( who is a member) for $58. Seems like a great idea to me, but for who? does the second person loose their points or is it treated like a leftover?

218 which kuiu? Icon or the ultra? Both are good packs but the icon can handle more weight comfortably. I have an icon and it's a solid pack but as weight gets upwards of 60-70 lbs it starts to become a bit uncomfortable. For big weight like a 7 day trip where you will be packing out heavy cause of a kill, I don't think it will handle the weight so I am looking at kifaru. They are very pricey but I think I will be worth it. You have two different frames and many bag and accessories to add to really customize to your needs. EXO and stone glacier are two other brands worth looking at. Is the pack gonna be for multi day trips, day hunts, or freighter use or any combo of those and that should steer you in the right direction. Packs are like quality boots, lots of great ones out there, but only a few will work specifically for you! I have done about a years worth of research on a pack and I am just now narrowing down the field to a couple. When you are spending $500+ on a pack you want to make the right decision. Good luck! By the way, my buddy has trail cam pics of the buck in your avatar. We bow hunted him the year you killed him. We had named him flair. Great deer for sure and he didn't go far from where we hunted him to where you shot him!

I hate thieves! They suck. But with the way things are nowadays I'm not surprised, even on private land. Blinds, cameras, stands, he'll even chalky sheds in front yards get stolen. I know some say it's Forrest service or azgfd or bunny huggers that take em but I will bet the vast majority of the theft is from fellow hunters. Comroderie between hunters that don't know each other is fading fast in the me first generation, and it has nothing to do with age! Sad deal.....

Rut, I met you on the 42 sheep hunt last year. Pm me if you need some help up there. I had a 13a arch and a 13a rifle tag in the last few years and could give you some pointers if you guys have the "a" tag. I got some spots in "b" as well. Congrats on the tag!!! Eric

Look at kifaru as well.

Facts and truth and honesty mean nothing to a liberal. They think only emotionally and want freebies and "fairness", and the ends justify the means. This country is now divided at every level, race, sex, financial status, religious. I dont ever see this changing till a MAJOR breakdown of the entire system. While the GOP fights on who is more conservitave the Dems are getting stronger and stronger. Every time a DEM says anything all DEMS nod their head in aggreement lock step no matter what is said, but no matter the stance of a REP everybody, even the same party, picks it apart and dissagrees and claims sexism, racism, hater, bigot, eleitist. Etc. Has the GOP ever heard of the phrase "divide and conquer"? It's what is happening to society and the GOP! End rant! -
So a calf or fawn in distress sound might be a good coyote call up there right now? I'm bringing the rifle next time. Definatly a good time to call coyotes! The fur sucks but a dead dog is a dead dog!! When fawns drop here in about a month will be another good time to hunt em. Good luck! Im seeing a lot of fawns and and up to 200 cows in meadows, but not in 5b Sweet!!!! Lots of fawns is a good thing!!

You can even come over here, comit felonies, be deported, repeat this five times, then when you finally do something real bad like kill someone then the USA will finally do something....... Maybe....... Sad sad sad state of affairs in this country.... If you go to Mexico and comit ANY crime you will be put in jail for a long time..... Just saying..... It ain't gonna get any better guys.... The GOP can't get there crap together and stop the infighting so prepare for Hillary... -
Go with a merino 210 weight and you should be happy! No more clammy , smelly, synthetics for me. Once synthetics get wet from sweat they don't keep you as warm unlike merino which still works when wet. The only synthetic stuff I use anymore is my "puffy" jacket and my outer layer pants. Once I got educated about merino I have never looked back. Good stuff for sure!

The BO tends to hold the most goats. Gotta pay, but it's worth it. Check aubrey valley, flats around rose well and trinity, then the whole plateau noth of rose well to camp 5. The area east of bishop lake and c lake is worth looking at as well. The forest also has some goats and an occasional whopper. Take the espee rd till you cross the private the check out all the area around tin house as well. Lots and lots of country to cover if you are looking for a giant. Bring lots of extra gas. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry too much, its normal. Most of the cows herds are broken up and hiding after they drop their calves. Once the calves can move around real good they will herd back up and be everywhere and very vocal.
