Sausage Fest and Meat Grinder Review

Those look really yummy! Next time you are making some let me know. I would like to see how the grinder works. I'm thinking about getting one. Adam -
I'm still trying to figure out if this is a joke or not!

Seriously, In those units it's not about the spot as much as it's about your glassing ability. Find a hill with a basin within 1000-2000 yards and you will see animals. Finding Bucks can and usually is difficult, but that's the way it's supposed to be! If your not glassing rabbits and birds your definately glassing to fast.
-
If you cant find a Buck in any of those units, you are not glassing correctly!!!!!! Slow Down!!!!!!

I believe the type of membership you have is linked to the number of posts you have. Adam

Don't forget to get the road closure map from the forest service. A lot of the roads have been shut down, but do not have a sign on them. Without the map you cant tell if they are open or closed. Good luck on your hunts!

I have a very nice condition Savage model 12 BTCSS in 223 for sale. Gun has accutrigger & thumb hole factory stock. Gun shoots fantastic! Comes with load development. The gun is a 9 out of 10. It has about 500 rounds down the barrel. $900. Adam

You don't need a spread sheet. Just get the point hunter app. It sends you reminders for draw deadlines and keeps track of your points.
-
Wyoming is the same. They don't tell you how many Antelope tags there will be until after the draw opens. Adam

Thanks for the reminder! I just bought my PP for Deer.

Very cool, Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never sell those if I found them!!!!

You should ALWAYS verify your data at 100,300,500,700,1000 yards before you order a custom turret. All the good balistic shooting programs have 'Range Validation" built into the system. This allows you to change or update your true balistic info after testing it. Almost everyone will need to tweek their program a little. Honestly, custom turrets are not the best way to shoot long range. There are too many things that can change for a custom turret to work all the time. The best is to calculate your moa for each shot to include wind, altitude, air density, shot angle,etc... This will give you the BEST true balistic calculation. This is why so many long range shooters are buying the BR2 Rangefinder from Gunworks. The BR2 does all these things after being set up. Makes for easy & quick calculations. If you don't have the money, like me. You can use a good shooting program like "shooter". It does the same thing, just takes longer! Adam
