Take a golf cart and hunt the golf courses in Saddlebrooke

I don't believe you need an FFL to ship a muzzleloader. Also this action can never be used to make a centerfire so your safe on that too. Hope it works out for you. If it was a .45 I'd be interested as I already have the .50.

Somebody on another forum is looking for one of these. Here's his post; "PM me what you got or text 423-715-8402. Thanks"

You shot the tree instead of your quarry.

Here's a bump for you. And a pic of mine. I love mine and use the #209 enclosed primer setup and use bh209

Google up Guidos Web on the net. I have a brand new one I've never used and will sell it. I've got near $400 in mine (they are pricey) but would sell it for $325 (I've got extra belts and such with mine)

Wonder if they are still good? Could potentially make some apple pies..

On the backside on the range (north side) there is a mine/quarry. I've always had good luck seeing them around there.

One thing we like about it is when you go into the vestibule you take off your boots and step in onto the carpet in your socks, never any dirt or mud inside tent.
-
Gotta have carpet in the tent, only way to go.

Had an uncle that said he watched a deer climb a tree to avoid two hunters walking past it. I guess the deer learned from us hunters. Lol

When my son turned 9 I bought him a Remington 700 sps youth in .243 win Since then it has accounted for 2 coues bucks (1 at 400yds) a 2 pt bull elk and a 10 pt eastern whitetail. It has a 1-9 1/8 twist and will stabilize 100 grain npts with ease. I coupled it with a leupold 3.5-10 with the cds dial and he can bang steel at 500 pretty handily. Lately he's been talking about putting a McMillan stock for it. :-)

Highly doubt he planned on using a 3" knife to do what he did. A 3" knife to me is perfect for gutting/quartering a deer. As a matter of fact iirc my knife is a 2 3/4" blade. The KOA Cub Bear. As a matter of fact I used it last week on my sons elk.

Ruger American .270 Reviews?
Titanium700 replied to Heinz57's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
The only thing I had an issue with was the rotary magazine. It would hold the last two down without releasing them. I lubed the snot out of it and now it releases all of em. -
My goals this year is for my son to take his first bull elk....or any elk for that matter. My daughter to take her first whitetail, would prefer her to get a buck but whatever happens to come along first I'm sure she will plug. (Our youth deer season starts this Saturday) And for me to take another nice mature whitetail buck. I'm sure that should be no problem on those goals.

Ruger American .270 Reviews?

My daughter has the muddy girl youth in .243 and we are quite pleased with its accuracy. I have her shooting some 70 grain nbt reduced loads and it does about .600-.800 on average. I myself had it shooting at a 10"x10" steel plate early this year and was about 50% hitting it. Not bad for a little Kentucky windage on her scope. Lol -
That would get me sick. I'd mostly have about $3,000 worth of goodies in mine if I ever lost mine. I'd not get over it. Hope you find it.
