I hear theres some pretty good 1-2 day hog hunts over there. That might not be a bad trip, send the wife to the spa for the day and go shoot a pig.My wife would kill me. :-/ Today I got a surprise. AZGFD calls me for a CC so now as soon as I get back from Hawaii I guess I'm going elk hunting....well my son is, he got drawn not me. I honestly didn't think he would draw.... 4% was his highest odds and he had no points. - nonresident too. Oh dear.

I'd rather worry about tube diameters. I'd take a 30mm tubed 40mm objective over a 1" tubed 50mm any day.
