Dead one here too. But 3 years????? I'd be knocking on his door.

Bonus points for me this year. Hoping to draw a bit better tag next year plus I'm taking 3 weeks in Aug-Sep to go to Hawaii.

I have 20/13 vision and I still prefer high end glass.

I've been hung up on Leupold Mark 4's lately 3.5-10's to be exact, been putting them on just about every long range rifle I have recently.

8's on a harness 15's in backpack.

Yeah but also increases your chance at drawing a tag too.

I don't like the idea of "up to 5% could go to nonresidents" That just lowered the 10% nonresident cap....I foresee a lawsuit coming.

Doggone it. That's my profession, can't help though I'm too far away.

Did you guys lose loyalty points for the mail in mishap?
-
That's really. Cool, I just wish it was much easier to get a HE class for us nonresident hunters who would love to have an extra bonus point.

Never understood why people just do points. Especially now that even nr can draw any tag. While you have a terrible chance of drawing a tag you still have more of a chance than buying a point. For me it was mainly because for the last 3 years I was putting my son in for some guaranteed hunts that I knew he would draw.Living out of state and running my own business does make it slightly difficult to go out there twice for two separate hunts.

Lol, Yeah I've been keeping my mouth shut for a reason

If your not too picky on name brand check out the Tristars. Bought my son a youth 20 gauge synthetic semi auto for less than $300, that thing so far has cycled every single load we fed it from light field all the way to heavy goose loads so far, have tried turkey yet but will by spring for his turkey hunt. Gun is really narrow and feels like a high dollar gun in my hands if the eyes are closed. I like it.

reloading made easy
Titanium700 replied to 5guyshunting's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
My 12 yr old son likes to seat the bullets as well. He knows the process and steps too but searing bullets is his thing. Lol For some reason he hates trimming....I wonder why? That's ok I'd rather do that step anyhow.
