I'm a chiropractor and deal with patients daily with this issue. Almost every case I've seen, the patient had a severe increase in activity. The typical treatments are: Ice like crazy. Freeze a water bottle and roll your foot on it. Freeze a Dixie cup and peel the top edges back and rub the ice on your foot while it melts. Also put a rag on the ground and scrunch it up with your toes. This stretches the muscles and uses them, forcing blood flow to the area which promotes healing. Be careful first thing in the morning getting out of bed. Take it slow and easy. At night your foot heals. When you get up in the morning there is commonly sharp pain on your first step. That is the weight of your body tearing the fascia on the bottom of your foot. Ice, stretch lightly and take it easy. It's not fun and its not easy to get rid of. Some people swear by certain things and some swear by others. Its a tough one.

Thanks for everyones advice. I purchased a 94 Grumman 14 foot v hull boat. Came with the matching trailer, 18hp Evinrude 2 stroke outboard, anchor, new tires and wheels, new gas tank, new siphon/gas line and oil. Not sure if I'll keep the Evinrude, I have a 55lb thrust Minn Kota trolling motor I plan on using. The boats been sitting for 6 years, it's in great shape, just needs a good clean up and going through the motor. Any recommendations for a full cover? I was thinking about buying a giant tarp to cover the boat and trailer. What material is best?

They are going to have a big lawsuit on their hands if they go confiscating cams on water. The law states you can't use cams on water to kill animals. I know people that use cams that aren't hunters. Good luck with that G&F.

How much is the termite inspection?

I'm looking to contact the unit 21 manager. The mesa office covers this but I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. When you call it has you type 0. After 2-3 rings it hangs up on you every single time. I've been trying for days to speak to a live person. The Phoenix office has a 20-30 minute wait on the phone just to talk the operator. Any ideas?
