This is all tha Beck has on his big conspiracy theory. What a joke. Glenn Beck says the Boston bombing investigation is a coverup conspiracy and yesterday he revealed the facts that supposedly support his case. As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Glenn Beck is alleging a coverup and conspiracy in the Boston bombing investigation in the case of the Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi. Alharbi was supposedly in violation of section 212 3B of the Immigration and Nationality Act, citing “security and related grounds” and “terrorist activities.” The Saudi national was was cleared of involvement in the bombings, but it was also discovered that his visa to stay in the US had expired, and ICE may be readying to deport him on those grounds. Glenn Beck isn’t the only one watching this part of the Boston bombing investigation closely. Congressman Jeff Duncan (R-SC) expressed concerns that the Saudi national was being deported “due to national security concerns.” Duncan says, “I’m not saying it’s related to Boston, but he is being deported.” In response, Janet Napolitano only said, “Like I said, again, I don’t even think he was technically a person of interest or a suspect – that was a wash. And I am unaware of any proceeding there. I will clarify that for you, but I think this is an example of why it is so important to let law enforcement do its job.” Glenn Beck claims his Boston bombing investigation conspiracy will cause some of his sources to be under threat of 20-year prison terms. Glenn Beck claims, ”We don’t know at this point how [the Saudi national Abdul Rohman Ali Alharbi] was involved … but I do know he was involved [in the Boston bombing.]” Glenn Beck says the Saudi national was once flagged on a terror watch list but was granted a US student visa anyway. Glenn Beck claims the Saudi national’s deportation under section 212, 3B indicates “proven terrorist activity” and says “it is very difficult to charge someone with this — it has to be almost certain.” Glenn Beck claims that after Secretary of State John Kerry met with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud the FBI began “backtracking on the Saudi national from suspect, to person of interest, to witness, to victim, to nobody.” Glenn Beck claims that President Barack Obama reportedly had a meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Saud and Saudi Ambassador Adel al-Jubeir which led to the Saudi national’s fate being changed: “Wednesday at 5:35 p.m. the file is altered. This is unheard of, this is impossible in the timeline due to the severity of the charge …. You don’t one day put a 212 3B charge against somebody with deportation, and then the next day take it off. It would require too much to do it.” Steven Miller, a research associate with the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, claims the Saudi national was only asked what he saw during the bombings, the FBI apologized, and promised then him special health care: “He clarified that security officials asked him to focus on what he saw before the bombings, and on the nature of the event [to see] if he remembers what happened around him … he thanked American authorities who refuted media allegations about his status as a suspect …,” Glenn Beck is promising more information about the alleged Boston bombing investigation conspiracy as the week goes on. Powder is next??
Snapshot replied to Coues 'n' Sheep's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
The stink coming out of Washington is at an all time high. The guy has already been tried by the court of public opinion, but what solid information can they gather in just a couple of days talking to a guy that can barely talk? As far as the powder...The Fed's will do anything to chip away at guns. Ammo, powder, bullets, whatever. The Fed's are masters of exploiting a tragedy -
Been a long time since I hiked that trail. It's nice up there. I have heard that the non-huntable areas of the Rincons have some giant whitetail roaming around.

I am not willing to scrap anything constituional. I am sick and tired of watching these criminals get coddled by the media, and the legal system. As well as getting reduced sentences, or plea bargains, or whatever slick little loophole, and stall tactics the defendants lawyer can come up with. As I read in an article, 150 years ago this terrorist would be swinging from the gallows in less than 60 days. We now have MSNBC, the mothership of all nutjob liberal media stations, defending Muslims. Saying that it is not Muslim/Islamic religion that makes them do it. Really? Since 9/11 - Radical Muslims, have, or attempted 21,000 acts of violence, and or, terrorism across the world. Our founding fathers were pretty smart guys for writing what they did. Alot of people tend to foget that the Constitution was designed to keep us safe from tyranny and federal control. Thats one reason why liberals hate it. If the boys school does not approve of his t-shirt, then they need to have it covered in school policy.Fairly and equally for all. I bet these teachers don't say anything about a kid wearing an Obama shirt. -

These days they would probably throw kids in prison for the type of t-shirts that I wore in HIgh School. Alot of kids wear pants around their ankles, with underwear showing, and they worry about an NRA shirt -

exactly why we need a trial, with cameras in the court room and open to the public. One of these guys was convicted of domestic assault while here on a VISA and NOT deported. Well DB, you got your wish. He will be tried in a civilian court. -

Our Government does not explain, they lie. Janet Napolitano is a joke, just like the man that hired her. The Fed's are focused on taking our guns, and giving taxpayer money away to terrorist rebel groups.......and of course, Golf and vacations. The worst terrorist alive....sits in the Whitehouse. -
But in the grand scheme of things, this is about those that died, or were injured. A dramitcally life changing tragedy.
-
I don't mean to go off tangent....but.... Our Federal and state government can seize our bank account, assets, and homes without due process. Sure we can fight them in court over it, but they don;t have to use a court trial fror initial seizure. Bascially marking someone as guilty with out a fair trial.
-
I agree. I just feel that there are many loopholes in our legal system that allow important things, and certain levels of justice, to slip through the cracks.
-
So you believe in bending the Constitution to fit the situation at hand......very dangerous. Regardless, the Constitution provides rights for all. They are there for a reason. Innocent until proven guilty. It''s pretty ironic how our Government and politicians trample the constituion daily, but you guys are sticking up for the rights of these cold blooded killers. These guys take lives at the push of a button, and everyone wants them to be legally pampered.
-
how do you know they are a terrorist or murderer without a trial? Certainly not by snipetts on the TV or a 1,000 word article written in the NY Times or WSJ. The media in this country are a joke and completely agenda driven. You should be asking that question to the dead victims, or the ones that had their legs blown off in the explosion. Reminiscent of the Jared Laughner shooting. Many people saw him do it, but yet he was not a murderer until proven guilty. He spent almost 2 years in jail under the guise, of being metally ill, then plea bargained out of a death penalty, To the tune of millions of dollars in taxpayer money. I am not a judge or jury, and I make up my own mind, regradless of what the lamestream media has to say. innocent people do not run, and get into fire fights with law enforcement, or toss IED's out the window at their pursuers. Has it been proven that these 2 were the bombers.? Certainly not. As a Patriotic Amercian, I am all for human rights, and a fair and speedy trial. It would also be nice to see some fair and speedy JUSTICE. I imagine this guy's trial will be another money suckng fiasco. Personally, I feel these guy's are as guilty, as they are foreign. I would like to see him swinging from the end of a rope, and let the buzzards feed off his sorry carcass

IMO - Terrorist's and cold blooded murderers don't deserve anything fair. Way too many loopholes in the legal system.

Sad week for American's. At least a small bit of closure for the victims. Hopefully justice is swift and severe. Long road of healing for the victims, and all those that lost limbs. I hope they can persevere.

It's a good thing that these 2 terrorist's are not very smart. Wonder if he will get the death penalty, or if some lawyer will pull the "Mentally insane" trick.
