Have a great birthday DB!

Not to excited about this years draw, as I did not put in for hunts BP's only. Will only be putting in for deer this year.

Ted Nugent is scheduled for the Pima County Fair on April 17th, 8:00 p.m at the Budweiser main stage. If any of you hard rockers are interested, and would like to participate in a little rock and roll mayhem with Uncle Ted, I will be at the beer garden early and will try and battle my way to the front row with my CWT Shirt on and see if I can gain a little attention from Ted. a CWT shirt autographed shirt by Ted would be awesome, a longshot, but worth a try! At the very least maybe I can snag a guitar pick. Let me know if any of you Tucson area CWT'ers are interested in meeting up for the show. I will be buying a CWT shirt from Amanda to bring to Ted if I can get close enough. Rock and roll heroes!

I have seen some cattle seriously plastered with cholla pods. Can't help but feel sorry for them, as I have been stuck a time or two with those nasty pods , and I could not imagine having a face full of them or..........elsewhere

Pics of the 150 and 135 bucks
Snapshot replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Those are fantastic bucks. I would be a very happy man just to see a buck like that during the season. Incredible! -
I may order some when I order my shirt next month. I just mounted a utility box on the bed rails by the back window and can't see the sticker any more Amanda, I may have to hit you up for another sticker, but you can put in with my shirt order next month. The deer heads look great with the sticker.

Thanks for sharing the pics of velvet sheds. I have never found any drops, but years ago I found what was probably a lion kill muley skull with velvet.

Have a fantastic birthday!

Sorry to hear that Amanda. Its tough having to part with a great dog. I wish they had the life span that we do. Best wishes!

Glad to hear that you will be o.k. Best wishes and a speedy recovery!

God, guns, guts and american pick up trucks!

That was great. I love watching the media "talking heads" get shot down (no pun intended), on their gun views. Imagine if she was interviewing Ted Nugent! Freedom of choice! -
Would that make him the first draft dodging President? Could be! I like Ted Nugent's no nonsense, take no crap approach to alot of things, but he is probably just a little to radical for politics

Uncle Ted for President!

Stanley, It is usually after a directv installation that you have to watch your bill closely, as sometimes they try and slip in extra charges for install service "extras" that you did not receive. When I had my DVR/HD package installed they advertised it for free install, but they tried to charge me an extra $50.00 for "relocation" of the new system, but there was no relocation involved. They tried to pull a fast one on me a couple of times but I fought them on it and they credited back the difference. The only reason I ever went with directv is because of the NFL Sunday ticket package. I am a huge NFL football nut, and I love to watch my team every week without having to go to the sportsbar. Directv always outbids Dishnetwork for the contract rights for pay per view Football.

I like the "Tracks across Africa" show. I am not a huge Bodington fan, but I like the African hunting.

I have never been much of a "shed hunter", but I do look for sheds and skulls when I hunt or scout. Last April I saw a small 3 point muley buck up in 27 that was still in velvet, and I thought it would be pretty cool to find a shed with velvet on it. Has anyone ever found a velvet shed?

Certainly be careful if you camp close to lakes edge! years ago I went for a springtime fishing overnighter at San Carlos. I parked about 50 yards from the water. When I woke up in the morning the water was up a few inches on my back tires Its amazing how quickly the water level can rise, when you don't even expect it.

There are many complaints and some class action law suits against Directv. They are notorious about not telling the customers at sign up of contracts that are basically setup like cellular phones. They must have taken a page from the cellular companies about early termination fee's. Watch your bill closely and challenge everything. Especially after you first sign up. I heard some of these issues are being challenged in court. Never allow Directv to set you up on automatic payments from your bank account. There are horror stories of people on the internet who cancelled their service and Directv dipped into their bank accounts in the amount of $900.00 for equipment costs. Directv is one of the communication giant's that need a good slappin by the fed's. Yes, I have gone a couple rounds with Directv. They are another sleazy Corporate giant that likes to take advantage of consumers. Sorry for the rant! On a happier note, Directv does have the best channels, outdoor included. But I can go the rest of my life without seeing another eastern whitetail or turkey hunting show
