If the minorities of this country feel oppressed, maybe they should consider not supporting the political party that is oppressing them!

Rumor has it, that Kaepernick is converting to Islam.

We all send some good vibes your way Coach. Mid-life issues can be difficult.

I have been through the exact type of situation. It can suck the soul ,and spirit, right out of a strong man. All we can do is, keep on, keeping on!

I believe that our life on earth, is a short stop, in a long journey. I look forward to what is next.. Based on family health history, it probably won't be long. Family, and people I know have been passing on at an alarming rate. I'm only 55, but some day's feel like 80

In this situation, I would politely ask the warden to give me the Arizona Revised Statute violated, otherwise he's wasting your time. For convenience, I carry the ARS in a PDF file on my phone and copy of the hunting regs in my truck and bags.Neither is there a law stating your bow must be in a case while traveling. Good advice.

I have packed into the Weminuche, from Vallecito, with an outfitter. It's a popular area with outfitters, and hunters with horses. Great country, but you will probably have to get in a ways to find the elk. Lot's of hard work for foot hunters in that area. The best hunt I had in CO, was a tresspass/drop camp hunt on private property below the Grand Mesa, as well as on top. Took a 5x5 bull, and missed an opportunity at a giant Mule deer. This area was predominately Aspen and oak brush. As others have mentioned, get into the thick and nasty stuff. That's were the animals hide from the hordes of OTC hunters. Most of the elk won't survive past 3-4 years old. With a few exceptions. Also hunted north of Dove creek around Glade mountain. It was a hunter zoo during that hunt.

thats the best. Just don't shoot the "Robo-Buck". Big brother is hiding in the bushes, just waiting for someone to take the bait.

Based on some Warden's interpretations of road hunting, many of us would be guilty on occasion. Simple nonsense for the most part. I've always considered road hunting ,as someone who drives around looking for game, and jumping out of the vehicle and shooting at it.

Radical Hillbilly in Kentucky. Public warned about explosive-laden trail cameras in Kentucky 8/24/16| by Chris Eger Authorities caution that should you find items to include trail cameras that are not yours in the woods of Harlan County, KY, to contact the ATF or State Police to have them check it out. (Photo: Gina Eger) The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and Kentucky State Police warn that 12 improvised explosive devices have been found in wooded areas of Harlan County. The public safety advisory, issued Monday, cautions the devices were found along the Dave Smith Drainage Area– the Woodland Hills Subdivision– on the Little Black Mountain Spur in Harlan County. In at least three of the incidents, the devices were found inside trail cameras and were designed in such a way that they would trigger when batteries were inserted. In some instances, other items such as paint cans were found in the area and a tree stand has reportedly been booby trapped as well. The IEDs started popping up back in as far back as March and authorities have been on the lookout all summer. A joint investigation by federal and local agencies led to the arrest of Mark Sawaf, 39, in June, after a device utilizing a Winchester 9mm shell casing, an unknown explosive material and a detonator, blew several fingers off a local man the month prior. Some of the components had been hot glued together. According to court documents, prior to his arrest police did a trash pull on Sawaf’s garbage and found wire consistent with that used in the devices recovered, damaged shotgun shells, manuals and warranty cards from multiple brands of game cameras marred with dried hot glue, thermally damaged shotgun shells, firecrackers and a note saying “Broken camera for a broken soul.” A search of his residence post-arrest found various trail camera parts, hobby fuse and wire insulation similar that recovered in the IEDs, a 410 shotgun shell containing a suspected explosive filler with hobby fuse protruding from the shell and sealed with hot glue, 11 metal flashlights including one that had blast damage, a jug of black powder and six trail cameras in various condition. In federal custody since his arrest in June, authorities brought Sawaf back to Harlan County earlier this month in an attempt to have him detail the location of remaining live devices. While on a trail head on August 11, Sawaf attempted to escape and was fatally shot by Lexington Fire Investigator Captain Brad Dobrzynski who was assisting with the investigation. The indictment against the Sawaf was dismissed on Monday. Authorities warn that should you locate a trail camera, tree stand, or other unaccompanied item which an IED could be connected to, not to touch it and immediately notify law enforcement. You can contact Kentucky State Police Post 10 (606-573-3131) or the ATF (859-219-4500). They advise that for items in wooded areas, GPS coordinates would be helpful.

Steep fines handed down in 'Friday Night Lights' poaching case Christopher Ball (left) and Christopher Perez (Source: Arizona Game and Fish Department) PHOTOS: KOLD News 13 April Mugshots TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Two Tucson men who were arrested in 2014 by Arizona Game and Fish department officers have been fined thousands of dollars for illegally killing five deer in Redington Pass, also known as the "Friday Night Lights" case. AZGFD on Thursday said the men were fined a total of $54,300 for their respective roles in committing multiple wildlife violations by “spotlighting” animals in 2013-14. Christopher Perez was individually fined $11,300, plus an additional $42,750 shared with accomplice Christopher Ball, who was individually fined $250. Perez pleaded guilty in 2015 to 16 charges, and Ball pleaded to nine charges. Each was sentenced to 120 days in jail and criminally fined $750. They were ordered to serve 100 hours of community service and 24 months of unsupervised probation, and attend a hunter education class as well as an animal offender treatment program. "Poachers aren't sportsmen," Raul Vega, Regional Supervisor of Game and Fish in Tucson, said in a news release. "They are thieves stealing wildlife from the state and its citizens. The amount of the fines shows the penalties can be high for those who show such disregard for the laws and cruelty to wildlife. No true sportsman would engage in this kind of conduct.” The investigation began in August 2014 when an archery deer hunter discovered three deer that had been shot with a rifle a day or two before. One of the deer was pregnant with two fawns. At the time, it was archery deer season, and no rifle hunts were allowed. AZGFD officers received a tip about a suspect through a hotline. Perez and Ball were investigated and later admitted to killing the five deer. The investigation also revealed that the men committed multiple other game violations between the summer of 2013 and the summer of 2014, including poaching 15 deer, as well as other small game animals such as reptiles, a hawk, a bobcat and a fox. Many of the offenses occurred on Friday nights from a truck outfitted with LED lights, prompting AZGFD officers to refer to the case as the "Friday Night Lights" case.

Even though the USA has won more medals than any other country, it's a shame that these knuckleheads have to do something stupid, and tarnish things.

One of the poachers "Christopher Perez", was a maintenance supervisor at a Tucson apartment complex. Last week, I was brought in to fix up 6 apartment units that were vacated. One of them was Chris Perez's apartment. I was told by one of the property staff members that Perez was terminated for embezzlement. He was using company charge accounts, and resources, to purchase ,outdoor gear, tools, and home furnishings.
