    Phoenix people are rude

I never would have thought Phoenix would be on a list like that. But I rarely spend any time up there. A long time friend of mine has a girlfriend who is from New Jersey. I would rather jump off a cliff, than be involved with a bad mannered woman like her.

    Spare tires

That may be true if there is a flaw in the manufacturing process, but if the part is manufactured to the specs of the engineers, and it fails, who is on the hook?

Declaration of Independence- Have you read it?

I don't think I've read it since high school, but I haven't forgotten it's intent. The declaration, and constitution, should be tatooed to every Liberals forehead.

Chevrolet has been taking a beating on millions of recalls caused by inferior parts, caused by trying to save money, caused by a company that was bailed out with taxpayer money. It's the trickle down syndrome.

Anyone see the Meteorite near Show Low?

TEMPE, Ariz. (KNXV) - Remember the meteorite that lit up the night sky on June 2? After 132 hours of searching, Arizona State University, in partnership with White Mountain Apaches, located pieces of the meteorite that lit up the sky. ASU said the meteors fell onto tribal land, in the White Mountains, east of Phoenix. The team of meteorite hunters were given permission to search on the land. Laurence Garvie, curator of ASU's Center for Meteorite Studies, said the meteorites add a "piece of that giant puzzle about where did we come from."

    Impropriety

In advance - all respect and no offense intended. Do you still get to work with Americans? You're lucky. And I'm shocked because most of the Americans I know are extremely hard workers and don't have that sense of entitlement. Quite the opposite. Its others that seem to feel entitled and have no American values. Sorry - I'm not voting for idiocy for the next 4. I hope you are not either. Lonne After about 6 years as the GM of a 40+ person aerospace shop, I stepped down from my position last year and went to a smaller company where I'm now employed as an engineer/cnc programmer. A big part of my decision to leave was due to burn out on years of dealing with people. We had some good guys that were dependable as could be, but there were plenty of others that were not. Without getting into too much gritty detail, let's just say my observation is the split is probably about 50/50 between people that actually give a poop and want to do a good job and the people that don't care and do the bare minimum to just not get fired, and then are shocked when they don't get a raise at the year end review. And this 50/50 is among the people that are actually working. Add on the unemployed and life long welfare recipients and the 'don't give a crap, just give me money' number goes waaaaaaaaaaay up. But that's just my observation, having been in charge of a relatively small business. The silver lining as I see it though is this: in the 12 years since I moved to Phoenix, my income level has gone up almost 800%. I attribute that almost entirely to the fact that there's not much competition. I don't have to be smarter or work harder than every other person, I just have to work harder than about 20%, because that's all the more that actually show up on time every day anyhow. I will certainly be voting for Trump this fall. He's far from a perfect candidate, but he is certainly the one that I think will do the most for those of us that sweat and want to get ahead. I can relate. Had a business myself, and probably ,"hired and fired", a 100 worthless idiots. I felt like a glorified babysitter. America has problems at many levels. The Liberal universities that manufacture the entitled is where the nations leadership comes from.

    Bad day with a .500 S&W

https://youtu.be/mbNazjkt-uE What is actually happening in this shooting video, anyway? Well this shooter is firing the big bore .500 Smith and Wesson Magnum that makes the .44 Magnum look like a cap gun. His ammunition was hard recoiling 700 grain Underwood Ammunition that speeds along at 1200 feat per second. What happens next in this video shared by YouTuber Dan is downright scary. When this shooter fires off one round, the recoil pushes back hard into the shooter’s hand. He inadvertently pulls the trigger a second time and the big revolver twists out of his grasp and the muzzle is pointed at his head. How close was this guy to catching a big .500 Smith and Wesson Magnum bullet to the head? Watch this video and witness this almost fatal mistake in action.

    SCI Banquet protests

Has anyone noticed how increasingly stupid people have become? Especially over the last 8 years? Did anyone attending the SCI banquet see the protest crowd? Animal advocates protest against trophy hunting Jennifer Delacruz10:18 PM, Jun 18, 2016 Local animal activists spoke out Saturday against trophy hunting around the world. A protest took place outside Lowes Ventana Canyon where Safari Club International was holding a fundraiser. SCI is headquartered here in Tucson and works to protect the rights of wildlife hunters. In less than one week, local animal rights group SPEAK gathered more than 1,000 signatures on Change.org. They started the petition to prevent Lowes Ventana Canyon from hosting an annual fundraiser for SCI. Despite SPEAK's efforts, the fundraiser still took place. "We think it's time that people take a stand against trophy hunting," said SPEAK spokesperson Gary Vella. About a dozen wildlife activists rallied outside the foothills resort in opposition of the Safari Club. On their website, SCI states they promote hunters rights and wildlife conservation. Local animal advocates disagree. "The idea that protecting them requires us to manipulate them, exploit them, abuse them or kill them just doesn't make any sense," said Brendan DeSmet. They said the goal behind Saturday's rally was to get people talking. "If nothing else, it's time that the rest of the community and the public at large start raising their heads up and say, 'You know something? These species are disappearing ten and twenty animals at a time and you people need to put your guns away and get out of the way,"' said Vella. The protest comes about one year after outrage sparked when Cecil the lion was killed by an American dentist in Zimbabwe. "It seems like the attention has died down somewhat," said DeSmet. "But the poachers, the hunters, the big game killers are still out there and it's important for everybody in their locale to speak up about their local wildlife and about the dwindling population all around the world."
