Hate to say it, but big mistake pleading guilty. Sounds to me like nothing more than a case of "Intent". You were not actually hunting in the field with a weapon in your hands. This guy screwed you. I used to cringe every time a Semi-Truck passed me on a dark snowy morning. The Semi would blow up a cloud of snow around you and you couldn't see 50 feet. You can only guess your location on the road if you can see his tail lights.

Few years back I spent a winter up in Montana. Driving down the freeway to work scared the crapola out of me. My desert tires didn't agree with snow and ice.Black Ice is some scary stuff. It was a constant white knuckle ninja death grip on the steering wheel, pucker ride...on bad days. I would leave an hour early to work and do 35mph down the freeway, like Grandma coming home from church on Sunday. I saw many cars in the ditch, over the winter. Never in my life was I so glad to see the green grass of spring.

Not sure how your husband feels about you, but I would almost sell my soul to the devil, to run into my ex-wife in the middle of nowhere, with no witnesses for miles around.
