That would be my opinion. How much time has past and is there a statue of limitations on the charge. ie..5 years and it goes away. etc..Either way I would def. talk to a lawyer. they have resources to certain things we don't .

Had a fishing tournament last weekend at Pleasant and a lot of the contestants said they saw carp everywhere. Should be good for ya once the wind and weather die down.

That's what I mean. Just someone to say there they are and you supply everything else is ridiculous. I have read that guides can run well into the 10s of thousands but for an elk hunt it just seemed wrong at that price. Especially for what this company offers.

6k for a guide? That seems high but I wouldn't know. Never used one. Do they really cost that much? What does the guide provide? Is a 350 + bull a guarantee? I know it depends on the hunter but damng that's a lot.

In first picture in the middle, Dusty left, & Rick right won this tourny with a stringer of 6 fish, They weighed in 18.62 lbs of fish. Nice job you 2. This was our 20th year doing this charity fundraiser at Lake pleasant. We raised the most money ever this year. Almost $8,000 for HOTV. We hope to outdo this amount next year. My bad..You are right..NOT able to sell the meat. I hope they can donate it. Just to bad they couldn't tranq them. I know they said it can be lethal as it takes a lot to put them under but they have done it before when people have transplanted them.

Don't know anything about hunting in NY. Is that state shotgun slug only? If so then those hunters were WAY over their heads
