His past theft record was confessed to once the facts came out that he was actually caught in action of crime while a minor was with him. I believe he was prosecuted for that 1 and paid restitution?? I agree and disagree with that. heck, leaving your house for the day is a risk just like everything else in life but if someone steals a $200 item while Your gone Are you just supposed to let it go?
