Drones during an open season (not for hunting)!

Also subsection B clarifies subsection A. If you read A without B I can see where the confusion comes from. -
Drones during an open season (not for hunting)!

Thats the point the law is written different for trail cameras vs flying. It’s not the same. I agree with your trail camera argument but flying is not the same. I’m not a lawyer or a pilot (nor drone owner) so it doesn’t matter to me but that's my understanding of it. Another example that is similar is It’s illegal to spotlight with a firearm in the vehicle but completely legal to spotlight all night without a firearm and come back at first light without a light and with a gun to kill something. Thats my understanding of it. -

I don’t think that right. As long as it’s more than 48 hours before the season open, flying is okay. So if he flys in July and finds a deer and kills said deer in August that’s more than 48 hours before any big game season so he would be 100% legal. -
To my surprise I drew my second choice which is a Late Archery bull tag in unit 22S. I plan on scouting HARD and learn the unit very well with a scouting trip planned in 2 weeks....After reading some different things some people say that elk "winter" in the south and spend the the summer in the north out of the unit boundary? Any information or tips on the unit and or late archery hunt would help, thanks!

365x is sold

Smith and Wesson is sold. Had a few guys reach out about the sig 9mm, both lever guns and the Sundevil AR but all is still available as of now.
-
The PD329 is sold pending final payment.
-
I can add this to the list too. 44mag smith and Wesson air light. Shot less than a box of shells through it. $1000

Sorry it took me so long. Here is the update. I sold the shotgun the AK and one of the pistols already.

Yes that’s right. It’s just 5 mils different from whatever the center of the cross hair is at.

They look similar, not the same. A-lot like identifying a boar or sow with bears, the more you look over and hunt them the more you can identify cow vs. bull.

I think it’s $1650 or something for a tag. NM doesn’t have points so odds never get better. Depending on what hunt you do you have around a 1-3% chance at drawing a tag on average I believe.

And a loose suppressor = inconsistent accuracy
-
Most guys are running a quick detach system these days with their cans so you get the best of both worlds while protecting your threads. But if you go direct thread I just degrease the threads on the barrel and suppressor. This helps keeping it from walking off unintentionally.

I appreciate the kind words

No, because as a resident with 0 points you have 1 chance at drawing one of the random tags. 80% of the tags allocated to residents go random. With 8 points on a group app as a non resident you have 9 chances at drawing one of the random tags for the non-residents which is only 50% of 10% of the tags. That’s the way I understand it

I have a new STX and 65mm objective that I have never used in field. I just use the BTX so much I don’t need the spotting scope. New the STX runs 2,600 plus tax and the 65 runs 1,100 plus tax. I’d sell the combo for 2,800. Perfect brand new condition. located in Queen Creek
