Listing this again as it is just sitting collecting dust. The bow is 65# and 29" but can go from 27-29". Bow is in great condition other than one small Mark on the bottom limb pocket. The bow will come with the stock strings that have tons of life left in them. Asking $575 bare bow. I also have a smackdown pro rest I could leave on it for an extra $75

  4. Last week it was at $13 a lb but I heard it will be $12 a lb soon. Who knows!
  5. We I usually try and make it up north at least twice a year to hang out with a couple of buddies and hit the hills in search of some brown gold. This first trip started out slow and ended great! About half the Bulls I saw were still packing and the amount of horse, boot and 4-wheeler tracks was unreal to say the least! We managed to keep our heads in it and were rewarded!
  6. I was able to make it out only a couple of times this November, December and January due to focusing on archery hunting but have been able to get out a few times in February and the calling has been great! Lots of yotes and fox, a hit but lost bobcat and a badger! Hopefully my luck continues before the end of fur season! Here are few of the critters we put down.

    best zero?

I have my .223 dead nuts at 200. With a Zero of 200 I can just put the crosshairs on a coyote from 0-300 and hit it.

Blackout Nitrum 34 65# 29" (#2 cam). Bow it in great condition other than a couple of small scratches on the bottom limb pocket. Also it has a set of custom strings and cables on it although the string will need to be replaced very soon. I will include the original strings and cables that have less than 100 shots on them with the bow. Asking $625

    Sheds

Both for fun and money. I'll keep any real big horns or unique horns. Other than that they get sold.

    Archery stink pig fun.

The last couple of months have been filled with a lot of good times with good people! Thanks to Justin (GotCoues) on th forum for a awesome hunt in January and to my Dad for putting up with all the early morning and late nights we pushed through while chasing these suckers! My dad was able to fill his first archery tag ever and I was able to kill my first and second pig with a bow! I'm not sure I will ever chase javelina with anything other than a bow again!

Help get me hunting. Need advice. Tucson area.

You could use an archery program such as "Archers Choice" or "On Target 2" and input all your information (arrow speed, draw weight, draw length, weight on string, etc) and it will select/make you a very accurate sight tape. I prefer On Target 2.

    Prime Bows

I shot a Prime Rival for a couple of months. Great Bows!!! Awesome valley and back wall. I wasn't a fan of the grip though. In the end I liked my Nitrum 34 better and the Rival got the boot.

    Anyone hunting 33 in December?

You won't be alone. Haha that area is very popular! You should have no problem finding deer and bucks if the rut is in full swing. Good luck!!
