Can you please post a pic of the buttstock? Looks to be low comb with plastic butt plate but hard to see well.

Just curious, of all the .300 mag choices, why the desire for the 300 H&H? Many in the old pre-64 Winchester M70s were rechambered to 300 Wby. Those still in .300 H&H now bring a premium. How times change!

You left out your 2022 claim that nobody cares. Clearly this thread and the 2022 thread indicate that people do care and clearly the Commission cared enough to suspend the license for 5 years. Now, Arizona statutes or rules do not define "poaching" per se. Here is a link to Britanica's definition.
