    Wtb Ruger 10/22

Saw an ad for Black Friday for about $200 brand new. Can't remember where, but it was either Dick's or Cabellas I think.

  5. This is a stock Jeep that has not been "molested". Clean vehicle history record. It has the 4.2 liter straight six and 5-speed manual transmission with high/low range transfer case (as all Jeeps have). It does have air conditioning and it works well. It drives down the road without vibration, shimmy, etc. The paint is shiny with no body work. The interior is quite nice! It has a removable tow bar for towing behind your truck. It has the same soft top on it from when I bought it. I am the third owner. A few years ago I poked a hole in the rear window so I purchased another used top for it. That top will be provided to the buyer along with a bimini top that I got from the guy and I never put it on. I have two sets of wheels and tires. 116,600 miles. SOLD

OK, thanks. All pre-64 stocks were checkered. Just FYI, it did not have a recoil pad from the factory and the sling swivels were not the detachable type. They are great guns affectionately known as " the rifleman's rifle".

    Need a A/C guy

My ancient A/C system uses R22 and has a very slow leak. It has a sight glass so I can see when it develops any bubbles. I bought a 30lb can of R22 a number of years ago when it was cheap and the A/C suction side fitting is the same as old cars that used R12. Depending on your setup, you can do it yourself. Look on Craigslist for R22 or message me.

FS 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon $13,250

SOLD I have a 2003 Wrangler Rubicon for sale. It is bone stock except for a tow bar added to the front bumper. Automatic transmission, A/C, cruise control, 6 CD changer/cassette/ AM/FM factory radio, tow package, tow bar, Wilderness roof rack and practically new Bestop soft top with sliding glass windows. The door top sections remove in seconds. The interior is in great shape. It still has the factory jack setup under the passenger seat. I have the original owners manual as well. As a Rubicon it has a 4/1 low range transfer case and locking Dana 44 front an rear differentials. 4.10 gear ratio. Cooper Discover LT 245/75R16 tires with 9000 miles on them. Jeep has 127,600 miles and a box A clean title. I purchased this Jeep last fall from a lady in Fredonia. As an indication of how "gently" she used it, she did not even know it had or how to engage the locking diffs. I believe I'm the 3rd owner. It's spent it's whole life in CA and AZ so it is a rust free vehicle. She replaced the radiator shortly before I bought it. It has extensive service records going back at least 10 years. They show regular maintenance and no major repairs. It runs like a top. The only thing I know that it needs is a latch for the center console. I looked for a nice, un-abused 03-06 TJ Rubicon for over a year when I bought this one. I particularly wanted the straight 6 rather than the V6 they started in 07. I towed it to UT for a deer hunt with a close friend and otherwise only put about 300 miles on it. It truly runs like a top and needs nothing. So why the heck sell it? Well, a month ago I was offered a 2004 with very low mileage and a manual transmission and a hardtop owned by an 82 year old guy in Colorado. I've always favored a manual transmission. So now I have two and only need one! Priced at $13,250. No disappointments! Pics with and without the Wilderness rack are attached. SOLD Bruce 602-633-5208

"I gotta say starting to have 2nd thoughts about all this selling nonsense. I'm thinking if both don't sell this weekend she stays" "Due to a recent foxpro sale txt misunderstanding you must type or say the words "I will take it" or it will still be for sale. I don't want anyone else as frustrated as I am right now." Hopefully your ad on Backpage today will result in less frustration Mike! Somebody here better junp on this. .

If .218 Bee does not need all the .22 Hornet, I'd love a couple boxes. Please put me in second place. Very generous of you to offer these during the holiday season! Bruce

    .22 Ammo Shortage Easing Already?

I just saw the Black Friday ad from Dick's. They will have 325 round boxes of .22 LR at 2 boxes for $35 - so that's 650 rounds for $35. Guys that were advertising it on Backpage for $50/brick are now trying to move it for $40 and under. With the election of Trump, hopefully the artificial shortage will end and regular retail prices (like $24/brick at Walmart) are close at hand. I expect some of the hoarders that were jacking up the prices put mayonnaise on it and eat it so kids can shoot again at will.

    11M Elk a Nuisance

JustinB, thank you for your reply, but I'm glad I don't rely on you to do my homework. I hate to fail! As Jim asks " When did bows become considered firearms?" Page 112 of the 2016-2017 Arizona Hunting Regulations has definitions. It has the following “Firearm” means any loaded or unloaded handgun, pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, or other weapon that will discharge, is designed to discharge, or may readily be converted to discharge a projectile by the action of an explosion caused by the burning of smokeless powder, black powder, or black powder substitute." Perhaps your bow is designed to discharge a projectile via an explosion of powder. Most are not! Perhaps you can find the statute or regulation that prohibits hunting (as opposed to discharge of a firearm) outside city limits within ANY distance of an occupied structure. I can not. https://www.azgfd.com/PortalImages/files/regs/mainregs.pdf

"100% illegal... I know those that have been ticketed. Same situation woke up saw elk in the yard, shot, killed, and then the neighbor woke up none to pleased. Called G and F. Came out ticketed and seized. This is a law statewide. Has nothing to do with city limits. This was just out Highway 180" That is not my understanding. Nor is it the understanding of the people at the Flagstaff G&F office. I called Flagstaff G&F office today for clarification and they said the restriction only applied inside the city limits, not in the County where I live. The applicable Rule is cited above It makes no sense for G&F to print in the Regs a mention specifically to city limits (footnote 34) if the rule is in effect for all areas.. If you know it to be "law statewide" it would be very helpful if you would cite the statute. The complete Arizona Revised Statutes can be found here http://www.azleg.state.az.us/arizonarevisedstatutes.asp. The statute will be on the ticket your source received. I will gladly stand corrected when the applicable statute is cited.

Anyone interested in Long Range Rifle deal?

Nice thought. You might need to get an FFL in the picture if you are not an Arizona resident. Looks like your company is quite fond of the .300 WSM

    Dear max point holders,........

Just read this topic and was thinking that many do not understand how the "bonus" round works. Please see Stickflickers post a few above. He has it right. They give out 20% of the tags in the bonus round. They do not all have to go to those with the maximum possible points. To take a VERY extreme example. If EVERYONE with 27 point and 26 points and all the way down to 3 points put in for only unit 22 and there were 2 tags in 22, the other part of the 20% in the bonus round would go to people with 2 points. I know that's absurd, but it is just to illustrate the point. I fully expect that this year or next, somebody with 1 less than the max possible will get a tag. To look at in a slightly different way, but to illustrate the point, take elk tags. Unlike sheep there is a "bonus" round for each hunt. For the rut rifle hunts it takes about 19-20 points to get drawn in the bonus round. For a cow tag it takes only about 5. Even tho sheep is on a genus basis, it is a bit similar in that those who insist on putting in for 22 with "max" points will still be waiting while folks with a point less will be getting draw for the Cabeza in the bonus round.
