Did the same thing for years when I was a kid. Me and my grandfather were in a writ up in Arizona hunter and angler in 1983 on crappie fishing at san carlos.

Congrats standman. I remember the days at san carlos with my grandfather (buddy culpepper) and catching crappie like crazy. Hundreds of crappie in a weekend.

Great times. San carlos has given me many great hunting memories with my grandpa. Congrats to you.

Yes. Both had the second hunt. It's a warm hunt. I have been trying to draw that tag also. No luck yet.

Good luck. Catch them on the right side of the fence!! There are some good bulls in there. My uncle took a 320 bull in there a couple years ago. And his buddy's grandson took a 350 5 point the year before he did. I grew up there also. I was seeing elk in there before they even had a hunt there.

Holy snap!!!! That bull is awesome. San carlos has some toads up there. I grew up hunting that reservation and saw these monarchs on a regular basis. By far superior to any other place.
