So, I am curious when the rut typically ends?

interesting opinions here. I don't wear orange either, but like to keep some color when an animal is down. I find bow hunters are the most respectful/safe, and the worst are rifle. I don't suspect anyone on this site, but there are plenty of lazy SOB's out there road hunting, which pushes me to mark my game.

I bought a Swarovski tripod adapter for my 10x42EL's about 6-7 years ago, I think. So, the adapter broke, and I contacted Swarovski to see what it would cost to get it fixed. They responded by telling me that they don't fix the old style anymore, and suggested I buy the new style at full price from their website. I don't recall what I paid for the adapter, but was really bummed that they didn't do more for me. Unfortunate, especially when the adapter was super expensive to begin with.

What does the outdoorsman setup cost? I am still pissed to have spent $200 on an adapter to only have it fall apart.

great intel, and makes a ton of sense. The bigger bulls I have seen in past years have been in awful locations. brutal to get to, and it really makes you think twice about going after them, knowing you need to pack it out.

Anyone have trail cameras they don't like or don't routinely use they are looking to sell? I am going up scouting on 8/15 and would like to try them out, but not interested in spending full retail on the cams when I have much more important gear I should get and update. I live in the Phoenix Metro area, Gilbert specifically, and I'll be hunting rifle bull in 22S.
