Holy cow 1000 degrees is hot. Ya I started looking at them last night. They are pretty pricey. But they look like they are very well built. Also the reviews on the camp chef apex are not good and they did discontinued it. I've heard some reviews say that their custom service is less than stellar. So gonna pass on that one.

Have you contacted their customer service yet? I'm worried this is a close out model too and if it does break, I won't be able to get parts for it.

Is a three n one combo too good to be true for the camp chef apex? Grill , griddle, and pellet smoker in one... anyone have one ? Good or bad ? No at all, I just wanted to see a picture. It was unclear if they were talking about pigs or getting a deer in there. Didn't know which one he got is all.
