Also this... insurance is key. It can be insurance as classic/ collecter car insurance which will waive the emissions once the insurance provides the mvd with the information that you have that coverage. Their are alot of "restrictions " that the insurance company tells you that you have to follow or abide by, age might be one of them. Mileage limitations, garage kept, and usually have to provide photos of the vehicle. I also had them ask for a picture of my garage once as proof from one company. Copper historic vehicle plate will not qualify you to be emissions exempt.

You can check the internet but I think it's about 1 to 5 ratio per gallon. Then you fuel up as soon as you are done running it thru the sniffer. So you want to have a low tank. That way you don't have to put a bunch in and you can dilute it afterwards.

Screen shot your photos you took and you should be able to post those as they should be a little lower quality and smaller memory size. That should work.... key word... should work. Hope this helps. -

Correct ... that's why they want to tax you differently because vacant land is a low property tax. But a property with a structure is way more. They just want their money. Don't get me started in why I should have to pay taxes on a property that I already own free and clear.... such bs Also, if you have already started your permits, it might be easier to sell it and get another one after your build is completed.

If you are able to get it re zoned to one of the agricultural land uses. You can do that until you are issued your permits to build. Which they probably won't issue you anything until you fix want they tell you to fix unless you use this type of zoning temporarily. Also do you know if you can have a 40 ft conex once you have a permitted residential structure on it ?

Ok, I went thru this on my property. Check and see if you can get the land zoned as agricultural. I did this but you have to check the animal requirements. I'm in maricopa county , you have to have at least 5 acres and then a certain number of animals. 1 cow/bull over 6 months or 1 horse or 5 goats/ sheep or a cow / calf pair if under 6 months counts as one animal unit. Or equivalent. You may have to call and ask how many chickens will make up that number or what they deem as equivalent. And after I submitted for that paper I didn't have to move my trailer, two conex boxes or my animals off "MY PROPERTY " THAT I OWN OUT RIGHT, NO LIEN. But as stated you never really own anything the government can seize thru fines.
