They usually are stamped on one side of the tire and start with DOT. Last four tell you the week they were made and the year in that order. So 42 ND week of 2023 would be 4223. -

Two of the times I went to California. We drove and had the deck hands filet them, and we just drove back with them in the cooler we brought. 5 of us split the gas. One year we rented two 18 passenger vans. Those trips were pretty cheap. -

I haven't tired it but I've heard the stem cell injections are the was to go especially if you are not doing surgery. Any one can weigh in here on that with experience or expertise on the PT field?
