Very good point. I guess it will have to be two trips or my wheels will be my boots when I take this out which I am 100% ok with. I feel like that's always going to be a tough decision when going out..tent..no tent? Trailer...no trailer? Do I bring side x side or not? Do I need to take my boat?? Tough desicions in my life...lol

Anyone that is using the Alaskan guide bino harness have any input on how it works when having your pack on at the same time with two shoulder straps. I would like to order one but not sure how the feeling will be to have to shoulder straps on at once. I just use the Swarovski straps now and they are small enough straps to not notice the difference. Thanks

Well I tried to keep it but finally decided it's just to small for me. I purchased back in May/2015 from gold nugget surplus and paid 189.99 plus shipping. Honestly love this tent. Bought it because it does not allow light to go through so at night when your messing with your gear you are completely stealth. It breaths well, super durable. Had it in a hail storm once and didn't phase it. Problem is it's just to small for me. I'm 6'3 225lbs and i need little more room. I have a new tent now with more room but I really do miss the durability and stealthiness of this tent. I'm selling it for 150.00 and its in perfect condition. Two weeks ago I went out for a two day shed hunt trip. In the same unit i hiked in three different areas. One spot gave me shed hunting success. One showed elk in early growth. One showed me elk that were still packing. Yesterday I checked a trail camera in a completely different unit and it was showing coues still packing. So my recent questions..Do you guys have the same experience? Does the stage of antler growth have any direct relations to other factors in that area? or is there no rhyme or reason?

thanks for the info. yes they are two different bucks the biggest one passed first then the second one and then a spike which i didn't post pics of. i just always thought that by may, deer would of dropped already

Someone posted earlier about having to cancel there card because of fraudulent charges. That happen to me Thursday...called game and fish and "mr. Know it all" who answered said it would still be couple weeks. So I canceled my card and have a new one on the way. And of course next day I get a notice that my card declined a 135.00 charge from AZGF. Called them back Friday and asked them what they would do...women I spoke to said they will call you three times in a 72 hour period. If they don't reach you in the three attempts and get new form of payment you don't get the tag! She would not tell me when this 72 hour period is...looks like my phone is never leaving my side until it happens....ugggghhhhh

So I posted this info earlier today which was like 20 pages ago. I spoke to game and fish today and the gentlemen I spoke to said it will still be a couple weeks before they the draw....for what it's worth.

For what's it's worth...my credit card got some fraudulent charges on it today and card company wants to cancel it....called game and fish and asked if I can still change my card and he said yes they won't be doing the draw for a couple weeks still.......

I was archery hunting some back country last week in a unit that also has OTC elk tags and came across these tracks on a heavily used game trail. There was one set a tracks going one direction. Im thinking possible elk track but im definitely no expert. What you think? Bull or cow? there were no signs of cattle around the area. Apologize for picture quality...shadows were making it difficult.

Well I let another month go by and decided to go check this camera yesterday and see if anything came by to match the original tracks. Besides the wind almost blowing me off the mountain these are some of the highlights pictures. Based on the way this draw is going already.....probably should start focusing my mind on these guys for my Arizona elk this year. Enjoy!

I'm not going to be able to make it but I was watching the news I think yesterday morning and they interviewed a guy at the show who had a booth that was selling this handheld antenna looking gps "stick" looking thing. Think he said they worked off gps satellite and they enabled you to text from from your phone where ever you were and send location if need be. Did anyone see them or have a brand name?

Well I was able to check my camera on my pig hunt...these were the biggest animals I had on camera. Maybe they were from the mule deer but there were no more tracks of that size but the mule dear did pass through when there was snow on the ground. Thanks again for all the input....the search continues... Hey Tom! I think you had it right...good luck is what I needed but I was able to seal the deal with my bow...I'm sure Scott will fill you in on all the details.

I was out last week at about 4400' elevation and watched two different groups of deer and one solitaire. First group (pics 1-6) was a mix of about a dozen bucks and does with one dominant male. Dominant male looks like a mule deer but with a whitetail layout on antlers. couple of the other younger males in the group had both black and brown tails. second group (pics 7-9) was a mix of about the same. two of males were clearly mule deer and the third was the one I got pictures of which looks like a whitetail but he had a black tail. I didn't get pictures of the two other males cause these guys were moving into range and had to get ready. Solitaire male (pics 10-12) that was nearby which had all characteristics of a whitetail. So what do you guys think? have you seen this before? common?

I do ornamental iron....fabricate lots iron doors and am ordering glass often from my vendor. Obviously the glass I order is insulated and way thicker then what your looking for but I don't think there are any limits to size shape and finish. I draw the shape I want in autocad and send it over. If your serious about it send me a pm. Thanks
