Nothing like a good ethics debate

Game warden can help find the bull, if it’s a 2 animal one hunter situation, the meat from one goes to the church and the volunteers there will cut and package and donate to families in need.
-
Man, always a good idea to call the warden.

We were talking with the game warden laughing about the lack of elk.

Brozovich and his crew seem to have really good luck with Berger ammunition with 215s in their Christensen’s if you want to try factory. -
Now everyone is gonna want to borrow it from you

I got a buddy sending me the die and I’ll let you know what the outcome is

Tight. Happens with both Winchester and ADG brass.

I Fl size everything. Trim length is good. Everything chambers perfect. After firing bolt lift is easy but there isn’t enough primary extraction to pop the case out. Have to tap handle back to remove case from chamber. first two firings everything worked as advertised. On the 3rd firing is when the issue starts.

Sized 3 times with .002 shoulder bump. This rifle has poor extraction but my buddy doesn’t want to spend anymore money on it. To make up for poor extraction timing I was hoping sizing the base down smaller will get him by.

Thoughts on clamp on muzzle brake?
cjl2010 replied to Viper's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Have a reputable smith thread it at the minimum. Spin on a self timing break if you don’t want to have one installed. PVA has a backcountry brake for smaller contours. -
Once you’ve walked a few miles back to the truck and then spent the rest of the day getting your truck back to where your quad is I’ll gladly spend money on new tires.

How long do you plan on keeping the rifle? How many rounds down it? -
Just got it back from Swarovski for small repair and cleaning. Looks new. Glass is perfect. Comes with a neoprene horn hunter cover as well as a Swarovski hard travel case. Scope is in excellent condition. I live in Payson but travel to mesa most weekends. Only trades would be for Swarovski hd 15s. $1700 Scope has all caps and covers. Sorry about the sideways pictures
