I use enduro to replace coffee in the morning and yeti before gym. I go to gym at 5pm and have no trouble falling asleep around 10pm. I get a steady buzz for about 2 hours from yeti and then it wears off smooth

I like yeti. I get a good pump without the headaches and burning skin
