I picked up a leftover cow tag and I think it might be nice to get some different cuts if I tag one. Does anyone have experience with taking the rib rack off an elk while doing the gutless method? Looking for tips on what works best. Maybe saw them off at the vertebrae or chop with a hatchet? I'm thinking if I can get the ribcage off I can also harvest the skirt steak, the hanger steak, and cut some short ribs.

0-4 so far on elk apps for us. looks like I'm burning my 5 points for Wyoming antelope.

I had the same problem after they changed the portal this fall. I noticed the issue when I couldn't buy point gaurd. I had to call them at least three times. Finally got through to the developer that handles the portal accounts and he straightened it out.

Thinking about putting one of these on my 338 win mag. Who's running one? How do you like it? Pro's/Cons?
