They are considered aircraft by the FAA.. (sort of) They tend to frown on the downing of aircraft. If you are in the forest and someone's dog comes up to you to say hi, can you shoot it? Doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but it could wind up being the most expensive bird you ever shoot.

One cool thing I know they are good for. Getting a nice overview of a lake.. I never considered looking for animals with it.

Don't worry about it. "Huntlines" trying to hijack a thread. As for the point issue, I wouldn't even look at the portal until they sort out the draw. Last year my portal info was either missing or wrong during the draw. It may have been applied at one stage only to be removed later.. From the GnF site: There is no need to contact the department if a customer cannot view data (such as submitted applications, bonus points, license purchases) in their personal portal account at this time.

Interesting.. Someone voiced his thoughts and indicated how it bugged him. Nowhere did he say it was wrong or people need to change. Just seemed like a thought on a forum to me. I expanded on it by adding my thoughts on the "thank you".. I have NEVER said anything about it to anyone when they do it in front of me as I get why they do it. I never said it was wrong for them to do, simply seemed wrong and doesn't make sense to me. Since you have appointed yourself to the position, please let me know what opinion I have voiced that makes you feel as you indicated above. If it offended you, sorry, but not sorry..

I also think it's funny and pretty stupid when people pat the animal on the head and say "thank you" to it after killing it. Thank you? Really? Is it a way to deflect or share the act of killing it? The animal didn't intentionally do anything to help you kill it and I'm pretty sure it wasn't part of their daily plan when they woke up that morning. (Though sometimes it seems as though they do) Respect the animal 100% but a "thank you" just seems so very wrong to me. (Having said that, I think people mean it in a respectful way when they do it but c'mon, think about it) Thank you!

An applicant retains the loyalty bonus point once accrued as long as the applicant continues to submit a valid application for that species at least once a year. What is a valid application? A valid application is one that has all required fields completed, is submitted with sufficient fees, and is legible. Refer to R12-4-104 for detailed application and drawing procedures. Okay.. 3rd edit.... If she had a valid license at the time of the draw, and the app fee was paid... Sounds like she keeps the LP if the fees mentioned are indeed for the required license to apply and not the fee for the hunt permit tag itself.. The following provisions apply to the loyalty bonus point program: 1. An applicant who submits a valid application at least once a year for a hunt permit-tag or a bonus point for a specific genus consecutively for a five-year period shall accrue a loyalty bonus point for that genus. 2. Except as established under subsection (N), once a loyalty bonus point is accrued, the applicant shall retain the loyalty bonus point provided the applicant annually submits an application, with funds sufficient to cover all application fees and applicable license fees for each applicant listed on the application, for a hunt permit-tag or a bonus point for the genus for which the loyalty bonus point was accrued. 3. An applicant who fails to apply in any calendar year for a hunt permit-tag or bonus point for the genus for which the loyalty bonus point was accrued shall forfeit the loyalty bonus point for that genus.

I believe stripers have been 10 for a while. Strippers are unlimited till the cash runs out. Pleasant has been and still is unlimited for stripers though.

Brother fished from shore for a few hours yesterday just West of Cholla, basically where shown on the girl map, and caught zero. Another guy with a boat pre-fishing for the crappie tourney caught zero. One guy caught 5 bass out in 35-40' on dropshots while the another boat caught none. Site says water temp is 56 so I would have thought they would be moving up and in pre-spawn mode but guess not quite yet. But very soon!

I got a bear tag a few years back after they discovered they never entered my app into the draw.

The guy that killed it had plenty of deer so the Government decided to take it and give it to someone that didn't have as many. (Probably dungeon-bound)

Not sure at what age a cub outgrows the name but the 2018 tooth age report showed close to 30 bears that had their teeth aged at 1 year.

I don't see how betting that a stock will go down and profiting from that downward move is bad at all. If you are long, you are betting that it will go up. Stocks get pumped all the time to ridiculous valuations based on lies and manipulation only to have them come crashing back down. If you want every stock to be priced at 10X what they "should" be trading at, eliminate all the short sellers and fasten your seat belts. I mean the S&P at 37,000.00 can't be bad. Right? The many factors at play in this epic short squeeze are truly amazing and it's absolutely mind boggling to watch play out. Short interest is still over 120% of the float so I don't think this wild ride is over yet. (That is in NO WAY a recommendation to get involved in this or any stock in any way, shape or form) You stated that they "...manipulated the market by undervaluing the stock." Just curious what you think the stock is currently worth? Do you think it's manipulation to have a bunch of people simply buy it because it's heavily shorted?
