I miss Kilmer's. Jake's Corner? May want to call there before you head up. Or at least call Jack at Liars Korner. Either he'll have them or know where to get them.

Drive down Hutch Road. See goat. Shoot goat.

37B with a Model 28-2 that I purchased from a member here last year. Always a fun hunt. Was in the same area for the archery hunt last month....didn't see shite. Hoping that changes this time around.

An option is to check Midwest Gun Works. I've purchased several items over the years for my old Browning B-2000 (I love that shotgun btw, same in my profile pic). They helped me out with a trigger assembly and a few other parts. Looks like they have several options for Citori stocks. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/browning-citori/parts.html#/filter:gauge:20$2520Gauge/filter:hierarchy:Gun$2520Parts$253EBrowning$253EShotgun$2520Parts$253EBrowning$2520Citori$253EStocks

Sad story all the way around, and could have been worse if the three bystanders in the adjacent car were injured or killed. Tough to weigh in until all the facts are out, however, from what's being portrayed, sounds like Pelkey was unarmed and Horcasitas may have made a fatal mistake. Charged with first-degree murder, plus the three counts of endangerment involving the bystanders. Educated guess here....but Horcasitas probably will plead down to voluntary manslaughter and do 5 to 8 in state prison. One of the more valuable CCW classes I remember taking was when I lived in Denver and the class was taught by a retired Jeff Co sheriff's officer. He went over several similar hypothetical scenarios (while stating a disclaimer that he was not an attorney), and I think about that class each time I read a story like this in the news. Being that Pelkey was unarmed....curious to see how this plays out.

Any recommendations?

Watch for these to go on sale. I bought two and never looked back. Practically slept in these on each of my last few hunts, week long trips to Powell, etc. Bulletproof and have never had an issue for years. If for some reason they do happen to break....well....it's Costco. https://www.costco.com/timber-ridge-zero-gravity-lounger.product.100483404.html

Probably should have asked about a quail report at Camp Creek before hopping out of the truck

I've always wondered why that guy has been up to after retirement? He was a heck of a player for the Suns back in the day.

Bump for a nice truck. I made a huge mistake of selling mine (6 speed manual and all the same options).

Nice work! Mine starts this Friday.

Population management hunt?

Same here. They've worked on a few of my old Browning shotguns and have done great work. But that was a few years ago. So, can't say much about recent work or customer service. PRDATR, thanks for the heads up, I'll keep that in mind going forward.

Pretty sure Wright Armory is doing 40% off FDE cerakote this month. Might be worth a look.
