Caught this dude in a yard today at a customers house. Rounded up the dogs quick and got him outta there. 15 beads on the rattle, thought it was a diamondback at first based on size but once I got a good look realized it was a monster Mojave. He also had that killer personality.

Looking to expand, Got a few folks up there but they are way spread out and not yet cost effective for the drive, gonna get some signs printed up to try and build my clientele up there. My prices (based on local competitors down here) as of now are $50 monthly, $60 seasonal and $70 bi monthly. I have quarterly as an option as well but bi monthly is the best bang for the dollar. Looking to see what the "norm" is up there and trying to figure out if I should be more aggressive with my prices. Thanks, Kev

Inside the first time baseboards and aerosol in closets and under sinks. Outside I spray the bird block if there's an eave, the foundation,window sills porch perimeters. If it's a subdivision I'll usually follow the perimeter of the wall. Water box. Stickies for the garage door, ant hills etc. Palm trees if there is any. If someone wants bait stations I charge 25 for the protecta sidekicks and if I add bait I charge $5 per box. If someone wants the inside every time I charge $5 but I do it for free once a year. Bees, gophers, bed bugs, Germans are all separate jobs.

I came across a few in the huachucas, almost stepped on one looking for blood on a bowshot and it moved rather then rattle or get stepped on. Didn't rattle till I messed with it trying to get a pic. The yellowish green sure makes them look pretty.

Another good option is one of the copper mines. My son been at morenci almost a year and I think is around $26 and change an hour. Lots of overtime available and they are hiring now for water trucks which is the gateway to haul trucks. He loves it. Oh and that no tax on overtime bill will hopefully pass soon.. I met a shovel operator been there for 7 years and he makes over 100k without added overtime.

Just did a termite pretreat for a dude that works for southwest gas. He was telling me that Southwest owns NPL not sure if that stands for National Pipeline or not but he said they will start guys at like 16-18 per hour and pay to send them to welding school. The welders are making like $800 per day. Worth looking into. Here's a link https://gonpl.com/ Welding is as good as any trade to get into but if say better then most others. I'd have him take any job he can get right now even if it's a fast food place, any job experience is still experience on a resume. Good luck.
