VPN basically makes all internet usage private. Already got cable, hulu and Netflix, the kodi is just a bonus. Pretty much gives you any access to anything you want to watch at anytime including sports, live tv and new movies that are in theaters. It's an app you can add to xbox, firesticks, apple tv etc.

When my wife took my son in last week doc told her "I couldn't test him if I wanted to", that's not why he was there though, just saying. Supposedly Ft Huachuca has a victim, one in Douglass and one in Bisbee hospital. Couldn't tell ya if they were officially tested.
