This guy needs to disappear in the the middle of the desert.I'd bet if your employee did something to kill someone it wouldn't be too tough to get you involved too. Just giving an idea of how it works. They would probably be able to go after company assets but not personal assets.

If you draw you lose your points, period. You just need to decide what you want, bull or cow. There's websites you can join to calculate your odds. Hunters trailhead is one not sure the others, also not sure how much it cost. What unit are you looking at and how many points you got? Maybe someone will run the numbers for you. Also game and fish has an informative video on how the draw works. It's probably also on YouTube.

Worked at the stardust back in the day before they blew it up. Lots of stories from living there for just a year and half. I bet there are a lot of advertised specials if you look online. Also there are a lot of tours you can do we did one where you fly in a helicopter into the grand canyon basin and have a champagne brunch next to the river. Also another that fly you into monument valley. Much better to fly there than drive in my opinion
