    Family cow elk.

I'd rather break it up and have a high chance of going every year and have the members of the fam pitch in for the tag holders. Besides if you all get drawn you'd have to give to much meat away. Make the whole family go regardless, its fun either way.

    AES Hunt for Heros

Dang, gotta get me one of those shirts! Nice job on helping a brother out.
  6. It says they were purpose built for picking out couese deer and sheep. I wonder how they will stack up against the other big names. I wish they would bring back switch powers but with a bigger objective than the old 42's.

I had the VHS box set of the original versions. I was super stoked when the new ones came out but disappointed with the first one. The others were awesome though.

    2005 F150 4x4

I have a 99 expedition with the 5.4. Ive had a couple ac compressors fail and have metal shards through the ac system. Not an engine problem though. I blew the engine in it due to not keeping the oil level up, my fault not the engine. The only issue I had with it was the flywheel broke a couple of teeth off and I had to replace it. And just recently the starter started to fail and messed the new flywheel up. After the new engine and other stuff I needed to fix I knew I'd never get my money back so now it's my badass huntin rig. Overall, pretty good engine I would say.

What's eating Gilbert grape, filmed down in Douglas. Oklahoma, filmed in Elgin. I read Stephen Kings Desperation, so I wanted to watch it. Never even knew it was filmed here until they showed An Arial view of Ron Perlman driving his police cruiser next to the big copper pit in Bisbee. I was told they filmed a lot of westerns and filmed a lot for little house on the prairie on the backside of the Huachucas.

    My wife rocks!

Well at least someone in your house got to go pig huntin. I was supposed to take my wife out this morning but she wasn't feeling well. So I went and told her I'd call her if I got on some. Got to the top of the hill and puked my guts out, had to pull over again on the way home to puke more. Now I in bed. I did see a couple pigs though, hopefully feel better tomorrow morning and well get on them again. Tell her congrats.

Now that you've been doing it awhile have you noticed whether your spending more on food? Or less?

Just thought of this. You might want to look into rolfing. It's similar to deep tissue massage but they work on and stretch the (fascia) connective tissue, tendons etc. and take unwanted pressure of the joints. I know a guy down my way that does it and lots of people swear by it rather than massage.

Did anybody lose a dog out in 36c/Three points area?

Dang thats a bummer! I went out both Saturday and Sunday with my brother in-law who also had a tag. All we seen all weekend long was deer. Actually too many deer now that I think about it haha. Some great looking bucks too. We did not see one pig. We talked to a few other others who were out there since Friday and had similar results. If my schedule works out for this weekend I may be heading out there with my 4 year old son to see if I can get it done! All depends on my daughters softball schedule. Yup it's amazing how many deer you see when looking for pigs.

Howd you do on the hunt? Was supposed to be there but the trip got scrapped. Tried to go solo Sunday morning but my huntin rig left me sit in Tucson. Had to wait for a ride from SV then come get it towed the next day. I'm hopin to head back out there at least for a day or two yet before the hunt ends

Daughter takes her first archery Javi***UPDATED***

Wow that's a big pig! And your daughters name is also Hunter? That's cool. I shot a deer right through the heart once. He stayed so calm and slowly walked off I thought I missed. Never was able to pop off a second arrow because I couldn't see strait from the adrenaline. When I opened him up and found the heart I couldn't believe it.

What Not to Do on a Javelina Hunt

Really!!!!!!! 78,000 for an air lift???? Talking about taking avantage of insurance companies! Go to Sedona for a ride, up,to 500 dollars a person and going down to Havasupi is a few humdred dollars one way! I could understand emergency airlift 10k and personnel 8k and medical equipment 2k a total 20k. But 78k is high way robbery. But nonetheless glad you had insurance and modern technology to make it back and be ok Everything related to healthcare is ridiculous. I broke a toe once and they gave me this Velcro open foot shoe thing. Basically a Velcro flip flop. It was on the bill for almost $200. I get medical professionals should be paid well but one flip flop for what a pair of Jordan's cost. I don't think so. Part of the reason health insurance cost are ridiculous.

What Not to Do on a Javelina Hunt

On the way back from Tombstone to Sierra Vista my boss came across an accident. Dude was a hunter that got ejected from his jeep. He was conscious and aware but wasn't in hardly any pain. Not always a good sign. He probably was on a dirt road just poppin back out on the main road to hit the next one and Boom! Life just got real different. It made me think about all the times I think I'm just heading to the next place just down the road. I've been making myself and kids wear the seat belts EVERY SINGLE TIME (the kids always have but not me) even if I'm only going a very short distance. You just never know what could happen and it sure ain't worth your life, or even worse someone else's. Side note, the dude ended up with a broken neck. It happened to be a neihbor of one of my coworkers pest control customers. Last time he was at her house he saw the guy walking around with a neck brace. Lucky, lucky dude. Glad your OK, but be more careful.

Well the upside is you can get a crossbow permit if you want to. Just do it before the surgery. Hope it gets better for you.
