Ok so you first said deep fry, to me that means bread and deep fry. Do you fry and peel skin then deep fry? Or just fry in oil and peel the skin and debone and throw the meat right into the mix? I might need to get a family pack of them bone clippers.

But instead of use the word "rub" I will change it just ever so slightly to the word "gargle".

At G&F yesterday gettin leftover tags and heard a guy in line saying how Parker got fish that were supposed to go to other lakes but the water was no good. When it was my turn I asked the lady about, she said she knew that Parker got Pena Blanca's fish but I'm not sure if it got any other lakes fish or not. Anyway should be a good little bump for you Parker guys. Any other info would be appreciated.

The lady said Parker got PB's fish not Patagonia, so did the guy in line in front of me. Maybe one batch went to Parker and one went to Patogonia.

I had a sign company do logos on my van. I asked about taking a picture of a coues and having them make like a yard sign, she said it was totally possible. If you want to the spend the money you can have a custom one made. Probably could even get it off eBay. I think I'd even make it so both sides looked like the back of a does head.

I will try these out, thanks for the tips. I tried pulling the spine out on the smaller stocked trout, didn't work so great. I've never pulled one out of the mountain lakes which I assume would be a little easier since they're much bigger. For the most part the fish down here don't get much bigger and they don't survive through summer so maybe all parker trout will always be not that great.
