Na I hear ya, Just trying to make it as enjoyable for the wife as I can. She's not a super outdoorsy person so trying to do what I can to make sure it all goes well. Hoping she draws her 1st deer tag this year as well. She's actually excited about the 5th wheel it was her idea to get it haha. Im sure we will have fun tho heading up for the sunrise shoot next weekend just hope it doesn't rain the whole time.

Sorry guys been a long weekend got a lot of stuff done/ready for the trip. The Trailer is a 2000 but in awesome condition for the year. The tires where replaced not to long ago somewhere around the start of the year. Most of the Lights are LED already. For right now I bought a 20amp extension cord, ran the AC fine for about 45 munities while we loaded some stuff up. Ill have to get a 30-amp circuit put in at the house. Ill defiantly have to make sure we rise the poop tank when we get home, I bought a few of those tie-pod looking things to drop in so it don't stink. Ive been trying to get it loaded up with tools and stuff too. Any must have's ? just wanto make sure were good to go.

yea would be interesting to check on out. I always run a side bar on all my bows. be interesting to see how it balanced out as well. Defiantly a interesting idea.

thanks for reminding me, we need to get one for the outside and maybe one for inside, been looking at the collapsible ones. The axels are flipped so it sets up a good deal higher. What's a good serge protector and regulator for the water? as far as a hitch the trucks already se up for a goose neck. seems to do aright. Ill have to get some rope and throw my square water jugs in just incase I need a tie down. I have a generator and highly doubt we will stay at a park or anything but good to be prepared for whatever. Side note the 303 is awesome stuff, been using it on the truck for the tires, plastic, and leather and its the bee's knee's

Thanks for the help guys, making a list. I have a Cordless drill and impact ill charge and throw in, Also have a nice collapsible stove I can stow in one of the bins. I need to get a better camp light for sure. and ill have to look into how to mess with the water heater. I have a few go boxes ill have to go through and get the trailer hooked up. Thanks for the heads up on the stabilizers that would be a bad deal. as well as the gloves, wouldn't of though about it until it was too late. As far as the awning you just play the wind by ear or anything say 10mph or more pull it in?

If your going to start stirring the pot over this again you can't just pick and choose what's fair chase and what's not. Just because you don't agree with something doesn't mean you should get to ruin it for the ones who do it the right way and enjoy doing it. Yes I run cameras, and I can tell you i've hunt a area almost every year and deer come and go every year. We hardly ever have the same bucks year after year. I enjoy checking cameras just as much as the other guy, No i'm not a guide but I did spend about 100+ days in the field last year even though I tagged out the 1st week of January. I enjoy being out in the hills I don't let others ruin it for me. You don't like something get over it and move on. Now if its something unlawful or unethical that's one thing but as it stands cameras are still legal so hunt how you hunt as I hunt how I hunt. Good day and Good luck with the draw.

I cant shoot a trigger finger release myself, but ive grown up with hinge and thumb releases. If you can try shooting a thumb release? Best bet is to blind bail like stated above. Do the process for a few nights shoot 20-30 arrows. 2-3 yards away from the target without looking. Draw back make sure your centered on your target then close your eyes and practice shot execution. Practice it for a few days could take longer tho you never know everyone is different. Another thing you can do once you start aiming again is come into the target a different way. One of the tricks we usto teach with people that had mild target panic and held below the spot was to try to come into the spot from the top rather than the bottom. Well honestly I'm new to it myself. But from what I gather there a hunting based company that is centered around bring fitness and nutrition into the hunting world. I purchased a month of there workout program. Basically you fill out a pretty detailed questioner about your goals and such and they build you a workout plan. It seems pretty cool its I've received the 1st 2 weeks already they also have there own app they use along with a coach that is more or less assigned to you through your program. I'm pretty stoked to be doing it. I also applied to join there Field staff and was accepted. Part of the requirements is to atleast do one month of the nutritional training or fitness so it works out pretty well.

With hunting season creepin up on us I must say I gotta start busting it again. I hurt my shoulder last year right after my elk hunt and have been taking it easy on it up until about 6 weeks ago. Finally got the wife on board to start going with me and doing a mild diet. Need to get back where I was last year. I Had a opportunity to sign up for the Ihuntfit Team and looks like starting Monday ill be starting a new program with them. Im pretty stoked i've never had much guidance with this stuff just been lifting off and on the past few years. Cant wait to finally have some directive and someone holding me accountable. Im sure the 1st few weeks are gunna be heck but cant wait to feel the difference next time were in the hills. Got a few hunts to go on so I have some pretty good motivation.

If for some reason you feel like your draw has changed you could also try a different size loop to tighten it up alittle. I try and do the K.I.S.S. Method. Just keep it simple and don't over think stuff. Usually that's what gets me, is mind games and second guessing. Usally its not the equipment its the nut behind the string. Sounds like your on the right track tho. Some people are geared that way so i'm not gunna knock ya for that. If its working then just keep with it, unless you cant get it to tune or something I personally wouldn't worry about the rest. anything 280+ is still moving. Still gotta hit the critter. In that case just do what your comfortable with. I usually run mine about a 3/4" past the rest but I shoot mechanicals. Ive never been worried about numbers myself I just shoot what works. my current hunting arrows are 380 grains, shooting 319 fps @ 67lbs haven't had a issue blowing through anything yet. A lot of it is shot placement. But if your that worried about it Id do what makes you feel solid about your set up. If your always second guessing yourself it makes it a lot harder to feel 100% when the time comes.

If your going to be running a fixed blade Id just leave it. No since in running the blades closer to you hand. What numbers are you after?
