I have a hoyt defiant 34 in realtree xtra. It has #3 cams and 60lbs limbs. It has not been shot much. I would consider selling bare bow or loaded with a camo qad hdx and a black gold single pin ascent sight. Asking $750 bare or $1000 loaded. I have tons of other accessories as well and may be able to work something out if there is something you need.

Price drop $50 and open to offers as well.

I drew a Kaibab tag for the first time this year. If I happen to be successful does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to take my deer for processing/taxidermy in the area? I was thinking there might be something good nearby in Fredonia/Kanab. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Kaibab and meat processing/taxidermy suggestions
bigmuleyfan replied to bigmuleyfan's topic in Mule Deer Hunting
Anyone know if there is a taxidermy place as well in Fedonia/Kanab? If I'm successful I'd like to preserve the velvet and such and know it'll need to get taken care of ASAP. -
I drew archery but my dad will either be hunting with his Ruger #3 in 30-40 Krag, or his Springfield Armory 30-40 Krag that is all orginal from 1896.

Make offer. I'd like to sell these to buy other archery gear.

I have a brand new badlands clutch with the tags still on it. They sell for $330 or so plus tax at the store and I'm hoping to get $300. I have decided to go with an Eberlestock Team Elk instead.

I was able to draw a Kaibab archery tag.(the only two hunts I put in for were the strip and Kaibab and with no points I assume it has to be Kaibab). I don't have any big expectations of some monster deer. I would like to just be able to get what would be my first mule deer. I will be going up there every weekend between now and the season to try and get more familiar with the area. I've only been up there a couple times. I put in for this hunt as an opportunity to explore somewhere new with my Dad and my brother. I am looking forward to all the weekend trips with them just as much or even more than the hunt itself. Any information people may be willing to share about places to hunt or things to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My brother's cabelas card was hit this morning as well. The same thing happened with elk, showed up a few days after everybody else.

I've noticed exactly that already this summer. We went up there a few weeks back and it looked WAY too easy, 200+ deer in a 4 hour period of time. I am not expecting that at all come deer season.

I've never looked through Swarovski's or zeiss's. I have bad eyes and when I found them they worked great with my eyesight so I got them. I have some vortexs and nikons but only lower powers.
