That’s crazy unfortunate because I’ve had nothing but good experience with their customer service. And I’ve had the same frustration with LCA. Frustrated with the draw board, press issues, and customer service with the fletching jig. Crazy how some people get lucky with companies and some get the opposite. Good luck with your search.

I’d try and find an archery designz one instead. My lca didn’t last long at all before it broke and then they wanted to charge me $70 or something to rebuild it .
