Thanks everyone for the advice, i will probably scout and see where everyone else is and go from there. I will probably bring my ATV and leave the truck at camp. Not afraid to hike, probably take the ATV to where I will start my hikes.

I think i enjoyed my kids hunts way more than my own, its such a rush to see the excitement and smiles when they take an animal! Now my kids are grown and we don't hunt much together...man do i miss those days.

That sounds like my luck, i always see what i don't have a tag for. I have seen bears every time i go out without a tag so about 3 years ago i decided to start buying tags, wouldn't you know it i never saw a bear until this year so 3rd time is a charm, finally took my first bear. I figure $75 is cheap insurance, if i didn't buy it i would probably regret it.

You guys are killing me from everything i have read i would be crazy not to get one. Just thought i would get some expert opinions...on the lion tag, but the lap dances are an interesting option.

Hey guys and gals, new to the forum have been reading it for years and decided to jump in. I was born and raised in Colorado where i still reside with my wife, my two kids are in college now so we are home alone now. I love to hunt Arizona for quail, javelina and occasionally coues deer. I have tried coues a couple of times with a bow with no luck so this year i drew a 24b tag for rifle and hope to get it done. Good Luck to all this hunting season! Rob
