I propose the auction tags be every other year. Im certain the revenue would be made up if the big dollar hunters had two sit a year out and they would let the blue collars have a draw for that tag instead of the super raffle. That would put a smile on some average joes faces

Although we act in the parameters of the law homeowners do feel attached to the animals they illegally feed. Some unkowningly but when they see randy the deer with an arrow in its side on their property seeking safety they cant help but be human and feel for the animal. Game and fish doesnt want to make the front paper on this topic and neither does any hunter. Im all for a buffer maybe 439 yds If you an arrow a deer and it goes a 1/4 mile you can hang it up and go tonthe thinder stick for help.

Except for its not their pet. It's a wild animal that they're probably not supposed to be feeding to begin with. While I can sympathize with a non hunter growing an appreciation for an animal they see every day and grow a bond with they should realize its a game animal and have realistic expectations of what could potentially happen to that animal. I agree with you.

The problem is the homeowner start to feed the animals and they consider than pets and then you put an arrow in one of their pets and now you have a problem.
