I have a buddy that is planning on turning in his early muzzleloader bull tag for 3b. He was looking into the hunts for hero’s program. He did bring up a good question that I was also wondering... How are those tags handed out amongst the program? I guess he just wants to make sure a select few guys aren’t getting premium tags every year and it go’s to someone that would truly appreciate the opportunity
