Agreed, it is probably coming. If I am still hunting, I still will not carry a phone. My camera may be digital, but those are MY pics and locations, not the world's. Maybe I'll have to visit poach-a-doe canyon more often.

I am a dinosaur. That said, the proposed ruling seems to be an either/or option. Does not say you have to have an electronic tag, just IF you happen to chose that method, the tag can only be used once. Am I supposed to carry my computer out on my hunt? NO! I have a dumb phone and it will stay that way so I will always chose the paper tag. I am an old fart, retired. I can read a paper map, not need GPS to get to my doctor's appt, only use the box-o-rocks to check my balance when it really matters. And when this box dies, so be it.

If you are white, you ARE a racist. If you're not white, you CANNOT be a racist. Not talking about you, simple words for simple folks that don't read past the headlines. The MSM has bought this hook, line and sinker. Even Chris Lemon, who happens to be one the most privileged MSM elite with a 4M house in the Hamptons and who knows what kind of salary, crying that he is being oppressed. ALA Meghan Markle.

Pray for me, my wife is already with god.
arizonian replied to muledeerarea33?'s topic in Prayer Requests
Hoss, my condolences to you. Just now heard about your wife passing. Stay strong, keep busy, and don't sweat the small stuff. As far as missing the deadline for the upcoming hunt, there should be some kind of leftovers after the draw. Bill -
Star Valley on the Rez? We got enough rain last night to dirty the windshields.

Brings up the question George Jones asked: Who's Going To Fill Their Shoes? And then The Hag: Are The Good Times Really Over? Dwight Yoakum: I Sang Dixie (As He Died)

A friend's dad, Charley Glenn, was a supervisor for Haskell Linen in Tucson. If he was anywhere close by on his days off, he would always swing by the plant on South Park to "see how the boy's were gettin' on". You're Dad probably knew him.

Ouch! My boy's house in Havasu burned down in '06 due to a remodel/addition done by a previous owner and they didn't replace the AL wiring in the existing part of the house. His house was a total loss.

Maybe they have goats? Way off topic but I'll tell the tale anyway. I have a distant cousin that moved to Flag from Buffalo, NY back in the mid '70s. She was definitely a vegan and a hippie-dippie person. Anyway, she hooked up with a guy that had goats and they would roam the area tending to their herd and living off the land. heck, she gave birth to two daughters while they were living like gypsies. They did train the goats to haul their camp and supplies. If I recall correctly, they would roam from Flag to Sedona and points in between. So I said she (they) were vegan. Some time ago at a family get together, I noticed she had meat on her plate. After delicately inquiring, she said she became a meat eater again after some time in their travels with their goats and realized they had to cull the herd. Not wanting to waste a source of food, they butchered a goat and ate it.

Aluminum alloy. Steel wheels are more forgiving in that they bend. Aluminum alloy wheels, cast or forged, are incredibly strong but they do have their weak points, and fracture is one of them when the stress gets to high. Also, made in china.

No, I did not shoot Fauci. I shot the sheriff but I did not shoot the deputy.

Try to be at least one or two steps ahead of the progress of your crew. Don't waste their time while they wait on answers you forgot to ask. Is this a new venture or are you now a team leader for existing employment?

Yesterday started out as a full on summer day, 95*F or more, well past opening day, and then fall or winter came in in a manner of minutes. It dropped 30*F and the rain came. While sitting on a rock with antlered WT tags in hand, a foursome of muley bucks sauntered just below. I could only get three in the viewfinder, but there were four. I had to look close as I almost shot the lead buck. Broke for camp, snoozed a bit, and then the rain came. Woke up from a short nap and spotted a forky WT crossing the road just above camp. Forgot the camera, so no pics, but the forky is now meat in the freezer.

Beautiful picture. Looks like you have a caribou of your own in the boat. -

I edited it in maybe 5-10 minutes after my initial answer. A friend of mine and Terry's (.25-06) was of the belief that the Butterfield Stage crossed north of the Rincon Mountains over the Redington Road and came up the San Pedro to Benson. He always pointed out a bit of ruins when we passed. Redington is nowhere near Cienega Creek. Time to do some research.
