    Who am I?

One individual or two? Wells Fargo comes to mind. Or maybe the Butterfield Stage?

    Who am I?

Transcontinental Rail Road met in Utah in 1869 at Promontory Summit, so no rail locomotives. Steam ship, ferry?

Pony Express, Buffalo Bill was one of the riders?

    A/C tech needed

Most of the Naughton's stores are no longer in business. I don't remember who took over their stores, I think a shop out of Phoenix or Mesa.

Tony, prayers sent. Keep us informed when you can, don't push it when you can't.

    Happy Labor Day

Bingo! The Framers of the US Constitution gave us a Republic ruled by laws, not a mob ruled democracy.

    Happy Labor Day

The message being sent is that ONLY BLM. If you wear a shirt that says ALL LIVES MATTER, you get torn up or worse. Goodyear Tire banned all political slogans except for, you guessed it, BLM. That implies OBLM. It is not inclusive, it is exclusive. I would agree on the public perception of unions. That history goes way back. Crooked officials getting rich and powerful off the backs of the worker. Wasn't Jimmy Hoffa leader of the Teamsters in Chitcago? On edit, I don't believe most union members are liberal or lazy or selfish, I think that perception falls on the union leaders. Getting back on track, today is Labor Day. May all your labors bear fruit.

    Happy Labor Day

We need to think about what's not being said. There is one word implied that is not being stated. ONLY Put that in your pipe and smoke it. All Lives Matter, Nope Red Lives Matter, Nope Brown Lives Matter, Nope Yellow Lives Matter, Nope White Lives Matter, Nope Blue Lives Matter, Nope Unborn Lives Matter, Nope ONLY BLACK LIVES MATTER. That is the message being sent. Rant Over

    Happy Labor Day

DO NOT mail in your ballots. Go to the polls, take your drivers license or voter ID card and stand in line with your mask on if required, but DO NOT vote by mail. The winner is NOT decided by who votes for whom but by who counts the ballots. There is so much more chance of fraud (lost or delayed mail, disqualified, multiple ballots, etc.) with mail in ballots than by going in person. Rant over. Oh, yeah. Happy Labor Day tomorrow. I hope you have a good one with lots of dove.

Dead Air End Cap Tool in Tucson?

Had to search, didn't know anything about Dead Air. Link to article showing how they used a Harbor Freight snap ring tool to install/remove. Scroll just over halfway down: Dead Air YMMV

    One Very Rare Critter

I can't figure out what is going on. No link in Tony's post, link works in elcy's post. No link in Tony's post about the Darwin Awards either.

    Another Darwin Award Winner!

No link, nothing but blank space. It must be fake if nothing is there.
  15. That's what I understand also. It's been many years since I've been stopped, so I don't have any personal experience. Remember, cruise control is your friend.
  16. Not criticizing, just stating my opinion(s). What "they" don't know can't hurt you. I've never been asked nor had to prove where I've obtained a weapon by anyone except for a few friends. The local LEO could care less when you get stopped, he just wants to know if you are or are not armed when he initiates a stop. I don't lie, but I'm not volunteering any information until asked.

Strange things found while out hunting.....

You're not that far from Sedona. Probably some hippies waiting on the moronic convergence.

    Mule Deer Wrestling Match

I know that town, it was my home away from home when I lived in GJ. Very cool to watch. Thanks, Tony.

    Where Am I?

Southwest of Parker Canyon Lake going towards Canelo Hills/Lochiel. Almost to the border. Can't remember the name of the ranch, it's a fair bit east of San Rafael. L&C
  22. My $.02 for what it's worth. Set the new bowl on sanded tile grout. Put some Saran Wrap between the bowl and grout in case you ever need to remove it down the road, just make sure you cut the wrap around the wax ring. Good luck.

    deleted

Stick by your guns, Tony. You have your reasons. It's too easy to say something that can be misrepresented and feed the trolls, it takes more courage to refrain or delete what should not be said until the appropriate time.

    Pinpointing downed animal

Compass, GPS, rangefinder and landmarks. Take a reading of direction towards the animal with your compass and rangefinder, GPS coordinate of where you took your shot. Start hiking and when you are 180 degrees direction back to your shot location, you need to extend or decrease your range along that line. I usually tie something conspicuous to a bush/tree so I can find my shot position with my glass. Good luck.
