If you pay the judge a little extra on the golf course they clean it all up for you. Its been all in court records not sure of any news articles on this 1. His past theft record was confessed to once the facts came out that he was actually caught in action of crime while a minor was with him. I believe he was prosecuted for that 1 and paid restitution?? The OP and the Azgfd employee will soon be answering those questions in front of my dads golfing buddy aka the judge. Odds are the azgfd employeee is going to be held in contempt of court . The civil liability the clowns at the azgfd are carrying is quite heavy . come on 20 days your no fun. 20 mins was ok cause I was just hitting the sack. so now I had another thought that came up. if both deer were taken then it would probably look awsum in a dual mount up on a custom pedestal mount with 2 hanging evidence tags on it, turn the fan on so it shows the tags moving around a little bit and it would look more of a live mount that he liked but couldnt afford to get. well if you use your imagination they would simulate a live mount off topic would that be a hoot to go into G&F's evidence room and set them mounts up like a display in Cabelas, having Name tags on plaques in front of the animal with the stats of the PERP who killed it what charges they scored. maybe a small story behind it. maybe some before and after trailcam pics of the PERP going in and carrying it out. People would pay good money for that. I would go see that exhibit. Guys I do honestly hope that this is a huge misunderstanding. I hate to think of that giant Buck falling to anything other than old age or a hunter who earned him. But past actions and the fact that actions speak louder than words make it not look so good. He only talked like a nice guy for a short period of time after he admitted the camera issue and basically once it got in trouble for it he went right back to being nasty. I guess he thinks because he admitted it he shouldn't have been punished for it. So he turned back into his regular self. I've seen him on different hunting groups or where he,is offering to buy antlers and even the way he talks to his potential customers is appalling. If I think that I'm going to make money off of somebody I definitely am not going to be disrespecting them or talking down to them. He seems to have no filter on his mouth. And if this is truly his brother that's been speaking on here I don't think they actually knew what charges they were looking at until I posted this on here. Also I did not do the research on this somebody else did and passed the paperwork along to me. It's always a sad day when a hunter tarnishes the community this way. Very sad it seems a youth was brought into the crime again. Now since the brother brought wives into it I guess now's a good time to say I hope that Blake's wife give some serious thought to her future for her and her children or child if he is found guilty on all of this

In the state of Arizona theft of over $1k to $2k is a class 6 felony If it's in your vehicle or in the bed of your truck it's burglary just as if it was your house. They have entered your property. So it's different than regular theft. Point was it's weird what is considered a felony and what is not sometimes. If somebody steals out of your vehicle out of the bed of your vehicle that is a felony. Usually the person doing so already has felonies so it works out bad for them. If you ever have the pleasure of helping one of these people get put behind bars especially when it's their third felony burglary you'll see what I mean :-) to find out somebody's doing 7 years in prison for stealing a 10 or $20 item out of your truck that's pretty neat because you know how many other people he's stolen from and hurt them financially. Now back to this goofball how many items will he get the plea bargain out of? Well if I was the judge I would look at the fact that when he stole those cameras he was hurting The Hunting Community financially when he stole these animals he was hurting The Hunting Community financially sounds like the same offense to me. If I was Game and Fish I'd definitely hang him

Guys lets be a stand up hunting community and let this play out. He has a wife and a brand new baby. It will play out the way it will.He should have been thinking of them. Went home empty handed after passing several more bulls. The hunt overall was fun though and no regrets.I'm saying if someone wants an animal that badly to do what happened in this story then let them have it. They must need the kill a lot worse than i do. Just saying. Having fun in the field trumps the small stuff. The fun part left this story when 2 pieces of crap stole his animal. This is not like your story at all. Some of us know who these 2 guys are and exactly what they are like and some have even lied for them to protect their own butts.
